First of all I came in with my kids for my day off to enjoy a meal at carl’s jr in lodi, Immediately as i walk in i feel a burst of hotness i was let known by an employee that the ac was out, everytime i come into this carl’s jr the ac is out!!! i was sweating just waiting on my order these workers looked so red i almost felt like calling osha. I was greeted by christian and yohan i believe his name was customer service is great both workers helped me very much ! The only bad thing about this place is the Ac no one should be working in this type of environment i had to take my food to go because of the ac my daughter felt very sick eating there
If this doesn’t get fixed soon osha will shut it down!!

As always Carl’s Jr is fire the people at the window were a bit rude tho. It was a weird experience as they had me park in front, saying they would bring the order out.. then I had to have them go back to get some ranch for the fries but none the less the food was excellent

My husband and I came inside for a quick lunch and were greeted by the manager with a smile and who answered our questions knowledgeably. Our food came out quickly, everything was fresh and to our liking. The restaurant was pristine and clean with nice music in the background. We live nearby and will continue to bring our service to this location due to such a warm experience.

I’ve eaten here several times and the service has been great offering dipping sauce, condiments, napkins and informing me of the drink dispensers, cup lids and straws for drinks. The food has always been good and hot. The place is always clean and welcoming. If you like Char-Broil hamburgers give this location a try.

I’ve been going here a while and they usually have good service. Of course, its not always the same every time you go because they fluctuate through workers, not everyone is the best at their job. So sometimes I’ll find that my burger is subpar or missing a few things. But I’m okay with that, I think fast food employees should get paid more than just minimum wage. Can get a bit pricey, about $45 for 3 people and a child.

Stopped in this evening after work on my way to get the kids from practice and order a #16 NO SAUCE, no pickles, kids allergic to mayo.
Pick it up in the drjve through and it was COVERED in sauce, like His hard is it to get an order CORRECT!!!
For God sake their pay here in California is going up to $20 an hour and they STILL can’t get a simple order CORRECT.
I walked in and dropped it off back at the cash register and walked out.
They got me for $10. It’s okay.
The company seems to need the money more than I do.

Great Service! The young man in drive thru was extremely helpful on explaining the new menu since it was completely changed! Super happy they brought back the Diablo burger will definitely be coming back as a regular thank you thank you!!

Their charbroiled chicken club was disgusting. The chicken tasted and felt as if it had been soaked in water for two days then attempted to be grilled for two minutes after. No usual sauce flavor that I remember it being marinated in before being grilled either. Plain, tasteless watery tasting “soft” chicken hiding in mayo lettuce tomato bacon bun. Not enough mayo in the world to fix that. $9.00 down the drain…
