The amount of bacon is mostly 3-4 pieces. Which meant 1 slice of bacon cut in three pieces. Not the norm….. Especially considering the price. The bacon RAW this was a Major concern but they didn’t care. I was so blown away with being corrected for pronouncing or enunciating BACON instead of saying BACOONEN., I mean the of “nerb” of me, I’m just glad I didn’t have to use da BAFROOM.. . Sorry guys just not “worf” me getting so upset..
But I can guarantee you’ll never see me at that Dunkins again. Yes this is going to the manager.

Went in the store in the morning nobody else in line. Gave my order to a girl who in the middle of the order had to leave to get someone to help then when help came over had to run to bathroom. The man that took over looked at me with three heads after I asked for a large mocha coffee repeated just hot coffee and everytime I said lg hot mocha coffee he would again stare at me not knowing what that was. I tried ordering two wake up wraps egg bacon and cheese and twice asked if I want it on a bagel. I had 4 coffees to order and 4 orders of food that immediately I had no confidence in any of the order coming out right. Said thanks anyways and walked out. This is the 4th time I’ve had a terrible experience there in a row and now I’m finally writing this review. Training needs to happen at this location ASAP and management should be to blame for the constant mess happening behind the counter. My family will never go back to this one.

This location’s drive thru is a literal cluster, there’s always a wait (always). Every mobile order I’ve made wasn’t ready when I got there. After handing me my drink, they act like they have no idea I ordered multiple items (despite it saying so on the drink ticket), so I have to ask for my food… 95% of the time they then proceed to give me the wrong thing despite telling them exactly what I ordered. Save yourself the headache and just go inside.

I went there around Xmas time because the one next to jimbos never knew how to make my ice chai latte for some reason and gave me burnt bacon I had ordered as a side. So I figured I’d try them out this time.. they made the drink right, but they tried to tell me I didn’t order nor pay for a plain bagel with cream cheese. I got 2 drinks and 2 bagels.. if I only paid for 2 drinks and 1 bagel I don’t know how I paid $18 and some change. When I said their was a bagel missing the guy who took my order said I never did, he was having trouble using the register, but it was the first thing I asked for as it was my kids order. The lady that made my stuff said I never paid for it, yet they wouldn’t give me my receipt. I finally got it, after she made it and told me 3 times I was getting it for free and the guy was still telling me I never ordered it. Both those reading, MA locations are horrible and I bet they’re run by the same person. I don’t even get coffee when I go-to reading anymore and if I do, I go to the Cumberland farms to make my own.

They are the worst always an issue, ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, got to drive through window price said 11 and change, once I gave my card I noticed the amount changed to 18 and change, was handed the bag with 2 sandwiches and asked to go to the 2nd window for my drinks. Once she came with my drinks I asked for my reciept, another guy came over with a bag and the receipt, told him the bag wasn’t mine I was just waiting for the receipt, turns out she added on another sandwich right before I paid and had I not noticed and asked for the receipt I would have driven off and they would not have been caught charging me for extra food that I did not order nor get. Wonder how many other ppl they have done this to. Will never go back to that location.

The WORST Dunks/coffee shop I have ever been to. I’d rather get an incorrect order a million times over the rudeness they serve here. They Always tell you to hold on at the speaker, and there is NO one in line. You wait at least a couple of minutes, then they Rush you as if they are insanely busy, still, No one in line. You drive up, pay, and 90% of the time, your order comes out wrong.
I’ve called to just let them know in the case they offer to remake it for me whenever I go again. Whoever answered just says, “Well. I’m Sorry. …..” and I asked if they would make me another the next time I’m there. She said, “You can come back.” When I told her I’m already on the highway, she said, “Uh, ok.”, and she hung up.
Then when we were back, the man argued that he didn’t charge us for bacon (that wasn’t in the sandwich). We told him it’s included. He was quick to tell us as if we are wrong, and we told him it’s On the menu board, and he denied it. LOL So for the sake of teaching him his own menu, we showed him on our phones. He wanted to take the phone to see, but I wouldn’t let him hold it and zoomed in for him.
After 5 minutes of saying we just want our money back, he basically begged us to wait for a new one after we said it’s ok, we don’t want it anymore and we’ll come back another day when the manager is in to refund us.
I don’t know why I have given them as many chances as I have…

I used to go to this location all the time but over time this place has become more and more inconsistent and the employees seem to have no idea what they are doing. Whatever drink I order it is always made wrong. Instead of taking it the way they handed it to me (clearly made incorrectly) this time I asked if it could possibly be remade because it didn’t look right. The employee literally rolled her eyes at me even though I had already been waiting at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes for a drink. She tried to hand it back to me basically the same way so I said I did not want it and can I please have my money back. Another employee got involved and actually yelled at me that giving my money back would take too long. So I had to take the drink made incorrectly and never even took a sip. Needless to say I will never go back here and management seriously needs to make some changes.

Whoever was working the evening of October 20th, both employee and manager, were absolutely horrible.
Sat at the order window for about 5 minutes and no one serviced me. So I drove up to the pickup window, just to get rude service, no apology, and the wrong coffee AND donut order. Fantastic.

this has got to be one of the rudest, unethical and unprofessional dunks I have ever been to. to have one of the employees tell me hold on I’ll be back as I was waiting in the drive through then to come back on and say I just came out of the bathroom is disgusting. being in the hospitality industry I would have been fired if I ever said such words. I would rather burn my money then ever go back there. there is plenty of other coffee shops who appreciate myour money. BIG THUMBS DOWN
