I’ve honestly lost count of how many times I’ve been here — that’s how much I love it. The burgers are super delicious, and the fries are my absolute favorite, especially the waffle fries (not many places get those right!). The truffle mushrooms are a must-try, so flavorful and addictive. It’s also very kid-friendly, and perfect for everything from hanging out with a group of friends to a fun game night. On top of all that, their cocktail menu and whiskey collection are really impressive. This place is truly a vibe.

This is an awesome spot with great food and an amazing atmosphere. The beer selection is excellent, with plenty of great options. I had a burger with a lamb and beef blend patty, and it was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The calamari appetizer deserves a special mention; it’s easily some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend this place for great food, great beer, and a relaxed vibe.

The staff is great, the location and ambiance of the place is casual. Went for a late lunch on a Monday so not crowded at all. Gyro meat burger was great. It was great. Not amazing or over the top or ridiculously irresistible, just great. Would I go back? Probably will keep it on the list of places to go when I’m near Kirkland but not somewhere I would say I’d turn it into a regular trip. The staff is attentive though. And the cost reasonable.

This was our first visit, and the place was packed with people. I liked the atmosphere they created — it felt lively and welcoming. However, I wasn’t impressed with the food. Everything we tried was overly oily and too salty for my taste.

Our first time here at the Totem outlet. Delicious burgers – better than our usual burger joint Tipsy Cow. We love the burgers, so tasty and not super greasy. The crunchy coleslaw is delish! We had the waffle fries with burgers, and we like the regular fries more! The hot dog was also really good. Best part, great service at the bar and the music is amazing – not too loud and just the right vibe. Thanks for a great Saturday!

Just came for the third time on March 16. We tried the sliders again, like on our second visit last weekend, but strangely, they were served on hot dog buns instead of the regular buns we had last time. Hmm.

The club sandwich was good, with the classic fried egg, but I was a bit disappointed by the inconsistency with the sliders.

I’m adding a photo from today, showing the sliders with hot dog buns compared to last time.

Came here around happy hour (I think) and overall had a really good time. The whiskey selection is solid, and the loco moco fries are hands-down the best — seriously, worth coming back for alone.
The vibe was great, but it did feel like they might’ve been a bit short-staffed, so service was a little slower than expected. Still, everyone was friendly and doing their best.
Definitely a place I’d return to, especially for happy hour and those fries.

Burgers are good, really good. Interesting flavors and fusions. Fries were good, nothing spectacular but solid. Calamari starter was amazing. Brussels sprouts not so much. Shakes are really good, definitely a highlight.

Update
Burgers are still awesome. We tried the Nashville chicken and wow, might be the best thing they make. It was so tasty.

Update 2
Quality if the food has gone down. Not sure if the chef has changed or what happened but the wings tasted totally different. Less sauce, less flavorful. The burgers were just not made as well either. The service also is not as good as before. Bummer as I had to drop the rating.

Delayed review from a December experience

I meant to write this sooner but the holidays got busy.

In December I reached out to Stack 571 Totem Lake hoping to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with our family. Our group was initially around 18 and then reduced to 16. I understood from the start that reservations are not typically accepted, so I asked if there was a time that would make seating easier or if arriving early might help.

In the email exchange, I was told the only time they could assure seating was between 11:30am and noon. When I asked about coming earlier in the evening instead, I was advised multiple times that our group size and requested timeframe were “overwhelmingly prohibitive” and that it would be best to seek accommodations at a larger restaurant.

I appreciated the responses, but the overall message was clear that our group should plan to celebrate elsewhere rather than attempt to dine there.

We did make other arrangements and had a wonderful experience elsewhere. However, before heading to dinner, my daughter stopped into Stack 571 just to grab fries to go since that was what she had really wanted for her birthday. At the time, the restaurant appeared to have plenty of open seating, which made the earlier guidance feel confusing and disappointing.

This was especially frustrating because we had been willing to be flexible with timing and seating arrangements.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced service here that felt unwelcoming. In past visits I assumed it was an off day, but this interaction felt consistent with those earlier experiences.

It’s disappointing, particularly because we had always enjoyed the now closed Bothell location.

Great food, wonderful service and a very inviting atmosphere. The truffle fries and chicken sandwich were amazing. Juicey chicken coupled with perfectly crispy fries bordering hot but enjoyable. The waitresses were prompt, witty and had very enjoyable personalities. The place was a little noisy, but that was due to the energetic atmosphere of the joint, where people felt like having a good time and talking and enjoying themselves. Would recommend highly for the food and experience. Prices for the fries, sandwich an 22% tip were around 30$.

My daughter and I visited last night. Most of their items are locally made, which is nice. I had a burger and fries with a beer and my daughter had some kind of sandwich with specialty fries. From start to finish the service was great. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. And the price was very reasonable.
