This is my favorite venue for reading, working on my laptop, waiting for my car to be worked on across the street at Goodyear all while sipping coffee and really enjoying one of their treats. Their food, and I’ve ordered sit down meals with my wife many times, is fantastic. Full of flavor!

Waiting is minimal. Many choices, vegan healthy and chefs picks. I enjoyed Apple Fuji chicken salad, with a bowl of teriyaki chicken and broccoli. Delicious. My drink is a Passion fruit papaya Green tea, which is tasty and refreshing.

Giving 2 stars because for some reason the customer service has been horrible when it come to drive through. Last week,I had a mobile order, hot to the speaker, no response for 3 minutes (no cars ahead of me), drive go window , I see employees who are proceeding to ignore me for another 6 minutes until I decided to CALL the restaurant to speak with a manager.. with no clear reason as to why I was being ignored at all. Manager also didn’t offer any resolution for my inconvenience at all, just a blanket apology. I went again today for lunch, even when I’m being polite. There are no “please, thank you, have a good day” PLEASE work on this, it’s too expensive for rude employees to drive away customers.

I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted, and this is what I received. How an employee could even look at this bagel and think it was acceptable to put in a bag and give to a paying customer is beyond me. If I wanted half a bagel, I would’ve asked for it.

We had a short stop at the Panera Bread. The cashier was very helpful and polite. It was our second time at Panera and she took the time to explain everything want we need to know. Our decision for the Panera Duet with the Greek salad and the tomato soup was a good and reasonable deal.
One thing that I have to mention, is that it was not that clean. Some tables had food on it and the floor was a little bit sticky.

Very nice restaurant atmosphere. Ordering process was done on the kiosk and very easy to put in. After ordering, I went and waited at the pick up widow and watched the employees completely ignore making the food and have a whole conversation about their employee discounts and perks of the job. As the line continued to get longer the conversation continues with no urgency to get out backed up orders. After getting tired of watching the conversation take place I decided to go ask for a refund which caused the conversation to stop long enough for me to ask for a refund and be told my order would be ready soon to just wait by the window. Had to request a manager to get my refund. Manager offered refund immediately and was very kind and professional. Will not visit this location again.

I ordered the caprese sandwich. It looks terrible. Didn’t taste great either. Really sad to have paid so much money for a mediocre sandwich. Thank goodness I got the squash soup – that at least tasted good.
