We are long time customers of this particular Domino’s and their service and food are top tier! Their delivery drivers are always polite and understanding, we ordered one night our tab was like 21$ n some change, I had a lottery ticket I won $5 bucks on and $2 dollars cash on me; I felt bad but I explained it was a winning ticket he could cash it in or keep on playing, his choice..Next time he delivered to us he had cashed the ticket in, I appreciated him being a good sport about the whole situation..But that’s all their drivers, always polite and have a smile and always thank us for their tips! 10 out 10 definitely recommend

Buffalo sauce is all pooled into one spot and not evenly distributed, I ordered a 2l of Diet Coke. Delivery instructions were to leave it at my front door, and the driver decides to knock once, than ten seconds later after dropping food to keep on knocking on different areas of my front door. Ordered online. Driver either had 2 stops or went to northeast and just hung out for about 30 minutes. I could see him on the map but he was at the same spot for 20 plus minutes. Food was cold and sodas were warm! Driver ASKED for a tip before I could even open stretch my hand to give it to him! Even suggested that I tip on my card if I didn’t have enough cash!! Pasta bowl was SO small! $8.99 and it was LITERALLY 1 cup of pasta and a little sauce, with burned sides. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with this dominos as I usually pick my order up.

Horrible . Literally absolutely horrible staff. Little Fien that works there thought it was OK to come over to the counter and start running his mouth to me about something he wasn’t even a part of . Then the little manager and the rest of their minions just very unprofessional the place is horrible. Anytime I’ve ever been in there which is all of three times. It’s always been horrible service. The people are rude as hell and the food is Disgusting. And the people that worked there obviously are miserable and need to find a new job to do

Ordered a large Honolulu Hawaiian pizza and a 32 piece Parmesan Bread Bites and recieved a plain cheese pizza and a 16 piece Bread Bites. Called the store and the manager was rude and hung up on me. Contacted Corporate and they said this store is locally owned and they would pass on my concern but could not resolve the issue. Avoid this Dominos unless you like being disappointed and ripped off with no recourse.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service I experienced. When placing an order online, the system automatically selects your store. However, my order was voided without any notice and no communication from the store or even an automated email. When I reached out, the response was essentially, “Yes, we know the app/website isn’t great.”
If this is a known issue, it should be addressed rather than dismissed. Additionally, I was told something that directly contradicted my past successful orders from this location, which felt dismissive. I completely understand policies need to be followed, but what’s missing is clear and timely communication with paying customers. A quick call or email update would go a long way in preventing frustration and maintaining trust.

Pizza was excellent. Cheesesteak was disappointing meat was very sparse as were the mushrooms!
