It took quite a while for anyone to respond at the drive-thru intercom when they finally did they sounded tired and dry and lazy. I place my order. Ordered something different….new…. the Superman cookie dough cake batter blizzard. And I drove off. Much to my dismay it ended up being a cup full of vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of blue dye, some sprinkles and a handful of cookie dough…all toppings on top…not thoroughly mixed in…ridiculous . I went back to see if I could get a different one and they told me no. I’m not happy with my purchase. What happened to making sure that the customer Is satisfied? Ridiculous…after spending $20 on ice cream you’d think they’d accommodate me. As many times as we’ve been there.

Had a short get-a-way with a few blizzards. They were well made and delicious.
The staff was good except when they spend too much time in the back and don’t watch the counter.
This place has great reach in and take out selections. Lots of birthday candle choices.
The atmosphere was standard DQ but the place was clean.
Lots of selections of hot food and great ice cream selections.
Yes to a return visit.

Here is your soft-serve ice cream paradise. They have the expected DQ Blizzards, dipped cones, and banana splits. This is a full food restaurant with burgers and fries. We were just there for the ice cream, though. We got two dipped cones and a banana split. All were good, cold, and sweet. They hit the spot on a hot August day. Service was fast and friendly. Will go again.

Ordered a blizzard and didn’t flip it hands it to me and its chocolate water in a cup. Then the girl at the window had the nerve to catch and attitude about it. Like it’s my fault. I’m sorry I don’t want to literally drink my ice cream. If I wanted to drink it I would of order and shake or something Elizabeth. Got my second one she wouldn’t refund me or anything and wanted to catch an attitude once more

I’ve ordered via DoorDash TWICE and not received my whole order both times. Literally: Two Heath Blizzards with Butterfinger & Hot Fudge and Two Chocolate Fudge Malts with Chocolate Fudge each time and they’ve failed to deliver.
Both times only got half my order. First time, no Blizzards. Second time, no Malts… and no spoons or straws. I guess my kid and I are supposed to eat the Blizzards with our fingers (my house is under renovations and all our silverware etc. is packed in boxes).
Solve your cranial rectal inversion please. It does not take rocket surgeons to make two Blizzards, two Malts, and put them ALL in the same bag together WITH spoons and straws. My grade school aged child could figure out that much. I could probably train one of my cats to if they had thumbs.

Today I order an original cheese burger and fries. The food was hot but it wasn’t hot and fresh. The burger was warmed in I guess the microwave because I’ve never experienced pickles, ketchup, and mustard so hot. It was so hot I could barely touch the burger. The bun was all soggy and it was a mess. Thanks for wasting my money and time from my lunch break on this horrible food. Please hire people who want to provide a great experience to customers.

I recently visited Dairy Queen and was craving a Blizzard. I got an Oreo Mint Blizzard, along with a Flamethrower Burger and Fries—both were very good. My girlfriend’s chicken fingers were also tasty, but the onion rings were terrible. I was disappointed that our Blizzards were underfilled and melting quickly. The location was very busy and dark, especially around the drive-thru, which made it feel uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the overall meal was satisfying.
