Great food and a great view! It’s so cool watching the horses while you eat. We loved the Oso Burger and the Alfredo, and the Loaded Potato Skins are easily some of the best around. What made the experience even better was the service—our waitress was absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. A local gem that deserves every bit of its 5-star rating!

This place is Amazing just moved to Darrington was looking for other places to eat and found this place. The food was so good I had prime rib and bacon wrapped shrimp Ceasars salad 2 really amazing margaritas and a Moscow mule being my first time here I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was super kind. I will definitely be back. I will probably become a regular here I did take a pic coming in to notice when we sat down it says no pics or videos. My apologies.

A hidden gem I found by accident. I like to stop for lunch on motorcycle rides in the area and stopped in for a delicious prime rib dip sandwich with sweet potatoes fries, barbecue beans with an Arnold Palmer to wash it all down. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed with a great wait staff. The dining area and bar overlook an indoor horse arena (no photos allowed while there is training going on) that’s really cool to watch. Everyone I met there were very nice a approachable and I even got to pet a horse before I jumped on my iron horse and rode to Lake Diablo. I will assuredly eat here again.

This place is an absolute hidden gem. I can honestly say I’ve never been more at peace having dinner with my family at a restaurant. The food is phenomenal. The service makes you feel like you’re family. The decor is rustic and moody. Literally the entire time I ate, I pictured my kids riding horses around an arena. I look forward to coming back many times and taking those who are close to me to a special place. ❤️❤️❤️ you truly feel the appreciation of the American rancher/farmer and develop a love for those lucky enough to spend their lives raising and training show horses.

Had a reservation for 7pm on Valentine’s Day. The place was packed and 4-6 other parties had 7pm reservations as well. Waited over 20 mins to be seated in the WAY back. Very limited Valentine’s Day menu should have been stated during the reservation phone call. Then waited another 30-40 mins to see the people seated after ua get their drink order taken before us, and the waitress didn’t even ask if we had been served. We walked out. Totally ridiculous. Loved this place before. Won’t be back. Over booked and under staffed it seems to me. Pretty disappointing. Could’ve got better service from one of the horses. Only highlight was the smell of the stables.

Unique experience by location and dining environment, its inside a horse arena. The food was a wonderful surprise and worth the drive to Oso! Service was thoughtful and friendly, but a bit slow. Don’t attempt to walk the horse ranch without an invite, its discouraged.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat, and I live in Arlington, so it’s not too far of a drive. 15mins max. The vibe is super relaxed, and the setting is honestly one-of-a-kind. You can look out over the arena and occasionally watch horses being trained while you eat.
The staff is always friendly and really attentive, and the food is great. One thing I really like is that they’re super accommodating should you want to tweak your meal or make substitutions. I’ve brought my parents here when they were visiting, and they loved it too.
It’s never too busy unless there’s a special event. I went there with my wife while there was a bingo night and we were still able to get an good table and and attentive service.
If you’re looking for a chill spot with good food and a cool atmosphere, definitely check this place out.

Updated review: very much like this place. It’s really only restaurant in the area. If passing by on hwy Sr 530 recommend stopping in, but check hours before stopping as they aren’t open as long as most restaurants. It is worth the stop with good food and really a unique atmosphere and very friendly service. Wish they had events with the horses in arena while you eat. That would be awesome. Or even make use of the beautiful scenery around the facility . It has such pretty views but the restaurant is inside with small windows and not much lighting. It has so much potential to be a top class restaurant and destination. Having said that its still very nice and glad it’s there. Will frequent as i can…
Previous visit: Just stopped by briefly to check it out. Will be back sometime for dinner to try food.

I keep hoping the food will live up to the expection built by the menu and ambiance this place exudes. You can watch one or two horses get exercised or trained, most days, Fun! Service is always great, but I wish the quality of the meat (prime rib) was better.

We were hungry and tired, driving through Oso and google let us know that there was a restaurant nearby. When we pulled up the the stables, arena and restaurant; we were a little worried that we were underdressed (jeans and t-shirts). We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into a comfortable restaurant for all occasions or a quick lunch. The food is delicious and well presented. My only complaint is the sauce container of baked beans is far too small and left me craving more!
