Manager was working the drive thru, which is abnormal. Asked him if they had a bunch of call offs, but he said no, everyone on shift was under 18 and the roads are BAD tonight, so he sent them home early and is finishing the shift out himself. Extremely kind and responsible person, very appreciative of those morals!

This is the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Unfortunately, this is not based off 1-2 visits but multiple visits over the past 3 years. They are constantly out of products, or there is an abnormally long wait in the drive thru. The quality of the product id very below average as well.

Went into this Wendy’s with my husband for a quick lunch. Walked in about slipped on the floor. After both of us using the restrooms, my husband was already ordering. I came out, made a joke to my husband where the cashier got rude with me and snapped. I made a comment about needing more wet floor signs due to both of us almost slipping. She rolled her eyes. After we get our food and drinks, the same employee came out and started cleaning tables, the cleaner that she used smelled ammonia based. It threw both myself and husband off where we gathered up everything and left. We finished our meal in our car. Will not be back for a while. We will go to the McDonald’s across the street.

Management should review late-night drive-thru procedures. Customers are told to pull up to the window to place orders, and staff then verbally calls orders to the kitchen instead of entering them into the register. Bypassing the POS system creates an obvious opportunity for cash transactions to go unrecorded and raises concerns about employee theft.

I’ve had problems with this location twice already, but I gave it last chance, regretting it now. First of all, fries had burned bits on it. Ordered the new mushroom burger and received a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I don’t know how you can even mess those two so badly. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The baconator was also wrongly made. Got things i didn’t want on it. The night shift that worked on Dec 14th did not care at all. One of the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to.

Relentlessly terrible. Unapologetically awful. They will wear you down with bad service. If you want to torture yourself with consistently wrong orders, cold food, wasting your money, and mishandled recovery opportunities, then here, my friends please find the most poorly run Wendy’s of them all. I never give bad reviews but I would give them negative stars if I could.

Worst experience I have ever had at Wendy’s! My order came to $27.00 and I ordered a taco salad, bacon pub fries, 3 frosties and 10 spicy nuggets. The taco salad didn’t have any chili with it. They were out of bacon and didn’t tell me until I walked in to show them the fries and to let them know they didn’t give me our nuggets. They quickly handed me regular nuggets and that was it. The team was fooling around, not in uniform, no hats on their hair flowing everywhere and one guy had his pants buckled below his backside showing off his underwear. Not planning to return to this location anytime soon.

Giving 1 star only because they dropped the ball on communication. Ordered a lemonade and chocolate chip cookie on the app, and after getting home I found a sugar cookie in my bag. Don’t get me wrong it was still good, but not a chocolate chip cookie like I ordered. I wouldn’t have even cared if they had just let me know they were out of chocolate chip, I just wanted a sweet treat. I guarantee this lack of communication will give you trouble with other customers – you’re literally making trouble for yourselves.
