I don’t know if the food’s good there anymore but my aunt is the minister there and I’m on a special diet of not beef or lettuce because after I have to go to the hospital in 2024 with medical issues on my body attacking himself I’m on one of medication but when she’s working she’ll make me any customized food if I want but yet maybe sometimes if you see a video and one star about this place My aunt ain’t working there at this moment she probably dealing with some family stuff like we’ve been doing lately important issues so get the food is not what you expect and looks awful now my aunt is not working there she makes the best food ever and you got a special allergy or something she’ll make it something special just for you so I don’t know about the food I don’t know about what it tastes like I don’t know about the service there could haven’t went there in so long Seneca South Carolina

Got charged for an extra combo when I only asked for the sandwich by itself, didn’t notice until after I’d already paid. They were busy so I didn’t feel like waiting in line again to get a refund.
Parking lot is tight and difficult to get out of.

My wife ordered Doordash this afternoon, and ordered a Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy along with another sandwich. Within the Doordash app, it has a section to optionally remove ingredients, which would indicate that those ingredients are included on the sandwich by default. My wife wanted all the toppings, so she left those choices alone. The sandwich arrives, and is drier than my boss’ sense of humor.
She proceeds to call the store, and is told by the supervisor “that’s how we make the sandwiches”, even though we’ve dined in multiple times and received those ingredients every time. Therefore, because it was “made right by their standards”, they won’t remake it. Absolutely pathetic customer service and unwillingness to make things right.
These guys need to put a disclaimer on the item description or work with DoorDash to change it. Either way, expecting us to pay $0.90 each for veggies is criminal. Do better.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and never had issues. The last visit was a takeout order. I ordered the French dip. When I got home and opened the bag there was no dip. The bread was very dry and hard and seemed stale. Very disappointed.

It’s was just fine. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was nice, the staff was kind. The problem is that I ordered a medium sandwich. The meat was piled high in the middle but nothing on the edge. I should have just ordered a small sandwich. It makes it look large when it’s cut in half but in actuality, it’s just a small sandwich on bigger bread. I asked about it and was told, “you received the right amount of meat.” I didn’t push the issue but I just feel like they should be able to make the sandwich even out. Maybe that’s just my personal preference.

Don’t expect any level of customer service or basic hospitality. I stood at the register for over 3mins after initially making eye contact with the cashier who never said a word to me–didn’t greet me or welcome me in, didn’t say she’d get to me in a minute–absolutely zero acknowledgement as she continued doing whatever she was doing and her best to completely ignore me. I thought maybe I wasn’t supposed to pickup my order at the register so I walked over to the other window where another employee made eye contact with me but swiftly tried their best to ignore and not acknowledge my presence whatsoever as well. Once I asked him where I was supposed to go to be assisted he directed me back over to the same employee who stared at me and proceeded to ignore me for like 5 minutes. No words were exchanged as she rang me up. The franchise doesn’t care either. The food used to be better which made up for the cost, but now it’s not worth the headache, the wait, lack of atmosphere or basic human decency. Better off spending more at Jersey Mike’s down the road.
