Im going to start my review with a heads up- we we were told that they changed vendors for their meat. The service we had was nice, but the wait time was a little longer than what we expected. Our appetizer was the steak skewer- we were pre-warned that someone else complained about the meat being tough by the manager ( i am assuming she was the manager), she said if we feel the same that she was going to remove it from our bill. It was very tasty, but not enough to make me crave in getting it again in the future. Our main dish came after almoat 40 mins post our appetizer being delivered to the table. My husband had the lamb- over cooked for his taste, and I had the braised ribs- this was the tough meat I guess the manager was talking about- not the steak skewers because I cant barely cut through it w a steak knife. We informed them of this and they were very accepting of their short comings and offered if I wanted something else, and said they will be taking it off our bill, but since I already had a long wait time before my main dish I just asked for dessert. I dont know if my luck was just off today but when the server took our dessert order- we received the wrong dessert at the end- they did replace it with the right order and we did end up getting 3 desserts instead of just the 2 we ordered. Their olive oil cake was the stand out for the night. I will go back and order this again. I wish we had a better date night dinner experience especialy we seldom get to do so because of our lil one, but I do not think this place will be high on my list for next time just because of this nights experience.

Unfortunately I did not get any photos, but the overall vibe of the restaurant was very nice. I love the vintage decor on the inside.
As for the food, it was delicious! Very interesting menu. I would say that the calamari was my favorite.
I did try a martini, which was very good as well! Next time I will have to try with the cheese stuffed olives.
I’m sure they’d kill it on one of those Caesar salad martinis I’ve seen online.
The service was great! The young lady at the front was very attentive and reassuring. Excellent customer service from her specifically. We showed up quite early for our reservation. Best to show up anywhere from 5-10 minutes before your reservation so you don’t have to wait- their schedule is pretty tight (which isn’t a bad sign!)
Overall. Great experience. Thank you!

Martinis Bistro is the kind of place that reminds you what dining out should feel like. Sarah Morgan and her team run an exceptional operation; the menu is thoughtfully crafted, the food is outstanding, and the drinks are excellent (not just “pretty,” but well-made and balanced).

What really sets Martinis apart, though, is the service and the care. You can feel the pride in the pacing, the attention to detail, and how the staff takes ownership of your experience without hovering. I’ve traveled all over the country, and this will go down as one of my favorite restaurant experiences, hands down.

Martinis’ has redone their menu with a selection of lighter, less expensive fare, in addition to fancy entrees. The quality of the food (I had fish and chips) was terrific, especially the fries. Our servers were very friendly and attentive. A memorable evening with friends.

My husband and I came here for date night. We’ve been wanting to try it out for years! Wow, we were truly amazed. The service was five stars, the food was five stars, the atmosphere was five stars!
We had their special and it did not disappoint!
Our box with left overs was even labeled and ready for the refrigerator, how sweet!
We will definitely be back.

Came for lunch and oh my god, SO good!!!!! Everything was truly fantastic. I was soooo happy with all of our food choices – short rib sandy, Caesar salad, French onion soup, and of course, a martini!

Our 12-person party paid $2500 for the private dining area, and was offered a smaller menu selection. The room and long table set-up weren’t ideal, but it was fine. It was disappointing that the waitstaff somehow didn’t know what we were celebrating, even though the reservation was made months in advance.

The drinks, appetizers, soup and salad were pretty good, but the evening went downhill from there. Our server couldn’t keep anyone’s order straight. Brought over drinks rung in for another table. Put down most of the entrees in the wrong places. Simple requests like “no broccolini” or “no sauce” and “sauce on the side” weren’t honored as promised. My New York Strip steak was overcooked, tough, and hard to cut. My husband’s chicken piccata was oily and of mediocre quality, he said it was comparable to Olive Garden. The salmon was dry.

While we made choices about coffee and after-dinner drinks, the server walked by and casually tossed a menu without even looking or handing it me. It just felt really awkward and unnecessary. While the olive oil citrus cake sounded good, it was so dry and didn’t have much flavor. The server forgot my husband’s decaf coffee that he ordered with his dessert, but by that point we just didn’t bother anymore.

I think the most awkward part were other random people walking through our “private dining area” to access the restrooms. It really could have been set-up and handled much differently.

The evening fell short of the fine dining experience we expected, between the quality of the food preparation and the server’s lack of skills. We left disappointed and would not recommend this spot.

Stopped by for a Saturday happy hour and had a great experience!

My girlfriend really liked the Throwback Martini. The red sangria was pretty good – refreshing but a bit sweet for my taste.
The brussels sprouts and coconut shrimp were both delicious.

Awesome meal. Mussels and Bake Brie were amazing as were my lamb chops and my wife’s perfectly cooked scallops. Great cocktails and excellent service! Cozy bar. Cute spot. Amazing patio when the weather is warmer.

We had a fabulous time with family! Randomly chose this place because of its great reviews and sort of in between family and Denver and Fort Collins. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Jake for the wonderful service and all the staff for making us feel welcome. We had a whole room to ourselves.
