Stopped on the exit & went to this gas station without knowing this restaurant was attached, they had just closed for the evening on one leg of the trip but it smelled so good we had to stop on our way back, delicious and a real gem, great find for vegetarians too, I’m not vegetarian personally myself but so delicious no meat missed

This place is a hidden gem. We saw an ad about the place on our way to Poconos and glad we stopped here. This is the first place that reminded us of authentic Indian food in the US. We had the Thali, Butter Paneer, Biriyani, lassi and desserts. Everything was spot on and was kid approved. The host is a very kind person and we had a great conversation with him. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Cute little place serving vegetarian North Indian food snuggled in one corner of a gas station. Glad that we stopped by to explore the place while driving along I-80. Food and service was pretty decent, the place itself is tidy – overall a satisfying experience. Would definitely recommend if you are nearabouts this area while cruising along I-80 and craving Indian food.

Thoroughly enjoyed Surprise Find!! Sarsin ka saag and Makai ki Roti was mouth watering.. Milk cake was just too good..Badam drink on the way out – shouldn’t miss it..
Still have to try all other food we packed- I bet we won’t be disappointed..
Bhai Saab at the counter helped us with selection of food and was very courteous
We will spread word to all our friends!!
Keep up the good work!!

Doesn’t deserve the bad reviews. Got more food than I’ll be able to eat, at a fair price. Got the thali, and my fiance had the vegetable of the day. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and spicy. Bonus points for both the fact it’s healthier than the rest of the nearby options. More bonus points for the selection of sweets in the case. Glad I came in!

Very nice people, place is clean and food is good.
Its inside a gas station.
Only reason for 4 stars is because delayed. Called 40 minutes before, still not ready and waited extra 30 minutes. Quite disappointed, someone who is on a rush would be a problem.
Thank You Everyone.

I visited this restaurant, and I have to say, it’s way too overpriced. They charged $3 for just one roti, which you can get much cheaper at other places. Everything on the menu is ridiculously expensive, and honestly, the food isnt even worth the high prices. It’s better to go somewhere else where you’ll get getter value for your money. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

This is a cute cozy place very close to i80, we were returning from NYC to OH and thought we’d take a quick lunch pitstop here and wasn’t sorry one bit! We came exactly at opening time so ofcourse the e service was slightly slower but when the food is freshly made to order I have nothing to complain and the taste more than made up for the 10-15min wait. We ordered aloo paratha, 1 roti each (since the size of the roti and parantha was like a pizza) and some dal makhni! The aloo parantha was absolutely delicious reminded me of the kind I’ve had in India, it was served with butter, Indian mango pickle and yogurt! The dal makhni and rotis were simply yummy and I think this is gonna be our regular pitstop every time we’re visiting NYC which is atleast once a year!
Note: for anyone wondering why the aloo parantha is just mashed potato mix stuffed between 2 flatbreads – cos it’s a parantha not a paronthi! There’s a difference between them and for those complaining about $1.99 for 1roti! Please look at the size guys! Enjoy the food and stop complaining I definitely recommend this place fore real good authentic Indian food!
