My husband picked up dinner in the drive-thru yesterday about 7:00 pm. to bring home for us. My chicken basket order was fine but he ordered two chili dogs and they were completely inedible. I felt so bad that he didn’t have dinner and even worse that you all would pass this off as acceptable food! I’ve never seen harder bread. He literally couldn’t bite it off with his teeth and struggled to break a piece of the bun off with his hand! The chili was cold and so hardened that, when I turned the chili dog upside down, nothing changed. The chili and cheese stayed in it’s same place. The box that the chili dog came in was completely soaked in cold grease. It had been sitting in this box a MINIMUM of 24 hours if not 48 hours. My husband called your restaurant and, of course, no one answered the phone.
How can ANYONE sell this and expect them to actually eat this?? This is absolutely nasty.
We will NEVER be back.
Well, we messed up & gave you one more chance when we wanted a Blizzard. What a mistake. Two small Blizzards cost $10.51! And it is SMALL!! We’re DONE with DQ. I’m so glad Baskin Robbins is back.

Every time I come here it is always the same woman that I end up having a problem with. Between 8-9pm on 1/5, I was at the drive thru window and the same woman that is always extremely rude and unpleasant had left the window open. All I could hear was her screaming and cursing loudly over everything, including my order. Im sure I am not the only person that has experienced this yet she is still working here.

They were short handed. No one showed up for the 2nd shift so 2 employees stayed. They were running and working their buttons off while being very friendly and kind to everyone in the drive through and in the store. They should definitely get a raise!!

Excellent service. The manager on duty (Keagan) was taking orders at the window and has fantastic customer service skills. Blizzards were made by Leif (we got two) and they were superb! We were worried when making special request changes to our order but they followed what we asked for 100%. Will surely be back!

The food is good if you can get to it for dairy queen. The food isn’t my issue, it’s the fact that at this specific location I can give my order slowly, and multiple times for their small brains to follow. It still generally takes about 3 tries and a refund to aquire the food I originally asked for. If they were not so high they could grasp basic concepts this place would be pretty good.

Fast, fresh and friendly! My banana split was delicious but the onion rings truly stole the show. Batter was crispy and the onion was done all the way through. Great place to DQ & chill!

We placed our order and was asked to pull forward @ 10:48 stating that they just opened and were grilling everything fresh. We pulled forward commenting it was a strange comment considering they open at 10 am but ok… 12:02 pm she brought our food and handed through the window stating it was all fresh and hot so be careful! While it wasn’t cold it also was freshly cooked… I will drive to the next place next time
