I have been a couple of times and have only had wonderful experiences. The shrimp tacos are my favorite followed closely by the birria tacos. Very reasonable prices and good portions. Two can sometimes fills me up but often I go for three because I often regret not getting more. You will not be disappointed.

I tried their food twice, and so far it has been amazing! The Birria Tacos are amazing and Pupusas are big and delicious as well. They have an array of food to choose from. I can’t wait to try all their food! Definitely coming back.

Only thing I would suggest is better signage. Cause it’s mixed/attached with the middle eastern market, so unless you knew where this was.. it would be hard to find. So excited to see some Salvadoran food in this part of the South Shore definitely need more variety of Hispanic foods in this area!

I love trying burritos from local (non-chain) places. These were really good, with refried beans and lettuce. A side of salsa would have been nice to add a little acid, but I’m being picky. Delicious and satisfying.

New small locally owned takeout spot offering Mediterranean, Mexican and fried chicken. We didn’t get a chance to try the Mediterranean or fried chicken, but the Mexican food, particularly the pupusas and birria tacos were excellent, with great customer service too. Don’t let the lack of ambiance affect you, the food is absolutely worth it.

The Papusa’s were delicious, I only tried them once one other time over 10 years ago and I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to have them again, and I wasn’t disappointed. I had them for lunch and they were so good that I might just order them again tonight for supper

Tacos & Pupusas is the definition of a hidden gem. It is so rare to be able to get full off of (and actually enjoy) a meal for less than $10 nowadays. This was my first time trying both pupusas de pollo ($3.90) and horchata ($3.63), so I don’t know how the taste compares to other places, but I liked both (and the prices are seriously unbeatable). The pupusas tasted like a thick corn tortilla. I’m not sure if the soggy texture was due to me not eating it right away or if that is how it is supposed to be, but I think it would have tasted even better had I toasted it. I liked the curtido and salsa roja as well. The horchata was very refreshing, and the cinnamon was not overwhelming. I look forward to trying more things.

Food was good. Although I wish the fajitas came with all the fix-ins such as guacamole, sour cream etc. Birria was super cheesy and good, but could use more meat.

Best spot in the area for pupusas. The bean, and cheese are fantastic. I also had a peach smoothie which was really good. The horchata is okay-I think it’s maybe not what I was expecting as it’s more floral and lighter than sweeter ones I’ve had in the past. I’d still get it again.

What a treat having my two favorite cuisines in one building. Cant wait to try the chicken shawarma or the birria. This is definitely going to be my weekly spot.

There’s a parking lot which allows pick up to be super easy, and I met a woman who I believe to be the owner and she is very nice.
