As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My experience was fair. The food was good however, the employee strongly expressed that online and app orders must be picked up on a certain side. That is understandable and is good to know. However my apple pie was missing in my order so its interesting that the same reason the employee was frustrated with me, the customer for not paying attention to the lane is the same reason I am frustrated because the employee didn’t ensure i received eveything on my order. Food was good but employees should remain aware of their tone as I was not a doordash employee and was merely picking up my own food.

11 PM 7/26/25 cashier was awesome and very helpful and friendly. They made my Wife and I’s food so good and fresh. I always come here at night and see this cashier (he told me his name I forgot already ) today I finally talked with him. Always smiling and kind. 10/10 give them both raises they care about customer satisfaction and they care about quality of the food.

The two ladies were impolite enough to totally ignore me in the drive through. Had to park the car and order the guy in walk in area. Food is expensive. We ordered fried potato and slush. Potato is salty and stale. Slush tastes very bad.

I had an incredible dining experience at Checkers i Atlanta recently! I ordered the Big Buford burger, medium fries, and a large sweet tea, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The Big Buford was perfectly juicy, stacked with fresh toppings, and had just the right amount of seasoning. The medium fries were crispy and golden, seasoned to perfection, and the large sweet tea was refreshing and sweet, a perfect complement to my meal. The service was fast and friendly, making the overall experience even better. I highly recommend Checkers for a satisfying and flavorful meal! The Young lady Barbara that took my order was a peace of joy to see with those cute braces .

This place really bummed me out. I hadn’t had checkers for 8 years due to not having any where I moved to, so when I was passing through and saw one I was so excited! Alas I was left super disappointed. Let’s face it the main attraction is the fries and they failed me. Cheese fries had practically no cheese on them, and the medium fries were basically a small considering how empty the carton was. No travel fries taken it was served that empty. I guess nostalgia is better than the real thing. Bummer.

Best thing was the service. Both people seemed to be nice , food just wasn’t what I expected it to be . Maybe it’s just me coming from the Midwest where there might be a line but it’s super fresh every time..fries hot but no crunch and soggy, baconzilla burger was cold chicken had to be old. As an ex employee of rallys I just knew I would get better .

No beverages were available so we didn’t even order. The place looked skeptical from the beginning anyway. Wasn’t even sure if it was open until we saw someone sitting and a car in the drive-thru. Will never go to that location again.
