I just went through the drive through on 1/28/26 around 7:40ish. The person (may have been the manager) who took my order had outstanding customer service. Although they seemed to be busy- he was super kind. It was very well appreciated!

I’m torn about posting this. Upon my visit I believe from a customer standpoint, this establishment FAILED today. The pictures say only a portion of my experience. Y’all punked me with the high score. Just someone, call me and explain to me what happened.

Uncleaned restroom, sticky dining room counter and floor, a leaky ceiling with no customer floor warning. Why was my Taco meat watery? Did you run out of meat, or did it not reach temp? Were these tacos sitting in the rack from a canceled order, and y’all said Damn the waste? Cause my shells were broken, soggy, and sticking to the wrapper. Why are you charging $0.70-0.80 for extra tomatoes or sour cream when you don’t put them on in the 1st place? I guess I’m back to packing homemade lunches. You ain’t gotta yell. I get it. You not in a brick and mortar establishment to earn My Business!

It’s Taco Bell therefore sometimes it is good sometimes it is trash. Service is the same. It is good sometimes days and bad another day. Roll the dice and try it. Worst is you crap out.

Are you all actually in there working or just playing around? Get off y’all’s phones. Why are there so many low ratings? I just ordered a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was hard. Yuck. I also ordered spicy potato soft tacos and the potatoes were hard and crunchy. Why? I hope this location closes, changes management, or the terrible staff quits and gets replaced.

30 minutes ago my son ordered me a nachos bellegrande with chicken add Pico. It tasted like a cat litter hate crime. Was that Tuna?? There’s no way that was chicken! No beans, barely any cheese! And I knew better. Around the corner is a Tacos Lupita that serves authentic Mexican food. That was disgusting!!

Went to the drive thru and ordered nacho fries. Got to the pay window and the price was too low for a large so I then confirmed that I ordered a large. Paid the increase and was given my bag. The picture below is what they consider a large. I went into the restaurant to verify because this looks like a small order in a large container. Fries were cold and old. This location continues to disappoint. Glad Chipotle is opening across the street.
Also almost broke my neck going through the door as they didn’t have a rug to dry the shoes or a wet floor sign up at the door I entered. (Rainy day)

Food was terrible. Not enough beef on my pizza. After they remade it. The soft shell taco were ice cold. I like taco bell but this place was awful.

Can someone help me understand what the hell is this? Placed an online order at 10:37PM which is well before 1AM closing time, to receive non satisfactory service and food. My order was incorrect. Ordered a beef toasted cheddar chalupa box to receive a chicken chalupa, the 5 layer beefy burrito was nothing but the flour tortilla which didn’t come with the extra beef I paid for, the crunchy taco pic speaks for itself, the lemonade strawberry squeeze drink I ordered was not available, and they only could offer me hot or fire sauce. Needless to say this particular location sucks. If you’re in the area, do yourself a huge favor by not wasting your money here…keep driving. I’m so thoroughly disappointed for the amount of money I spent last night. Ooooh let me rewind just a bit…10 minutes before receiving my online order, I was told there were no online orders in their system (keep in my the time I ordered), but my card was charged. I was in line at the drive-thru and reached order speaker by 11:10ish. I’m sure you can imagine how things went from there. Then they didn’t give me a receipt.
