Food is great, always fresh! Karaoke is always a vibe and the atmosphere is laid back with no wilding out! I don’t go to clubs so this place is the perfect combination of great food, nice atmosphere, and lit music! Great establishment 5 stars food and service, 4 stars for management and here is why.
My husband and I love this establishment. We have been coming here for 25 years. personally have been going to Topps since I was 14 years old. That has been 35 years I have been enjoying this establishment.
Up until last night that is. I am not well, I will not go into detail as no one wants to hear anyone’s health issues. We were enjoying the nostalgia of the atmosphere, wings, karaoke, the amazing service. I started to get nausea due to getting overheated from the amount of people and it being hot in the establishment. I asked for ice cream, the waitress politely added they do not have deserts on the menu. Considering we were enjoying ourselves so much, other than my nausea, my loving husband ordered me an ice cream on Uber. Note: we previously ordered a $75 meal from Topps. Once the ice cream arrived, the server asked me to wrap the cup to cover the establishment name ( which I completely understood) in just a few minutes the sweet server politely informed us the manager asked us to leave due to the ice cream. Of course we paid and left.
I understand policy. A warning would have been more suffice. Considering we had already ordered very large tab.
I would like to add, the manager himself should approach such situations in person and not send the servers. I feel this was not held in a professional way at all regarding the management. I hope they do not treat all long time customers the same way. Note to management: you should not send your servers to do your work and handle your establishment regarding asking long term customers to leave due to ordering an ice cream or by any other means.

Quite the amazing place. Drinks are very reasonable. I would say cheap compared to most places. Food is amazing and also very reasonable. If you don’t like smoking, this is not a place for you. I don’t smoke but the atmosphere is so awesome that I come often. All their food specials are great. Everyone is friendly. I can see how people are intimidated but don’t be come in. Try the place out guarantee you I enjoy it. I love the jukebox playing the music you want. I play a lot of rap music even though that’s probably not the atmosphere LOL. You can run up a tab and it won’t be over $100

Always welcoming and not too packed to grab a pool table. Waitresses are very attentive and makes sure your enjoying the vibes. Good place to stop in shoot a couple games of pool and have a few drinks!

I ordered delivery for my first time, yesterday. I just moved to Douglasville. Not only did they pay attention to my special requests.. everything was still crazy hot upon delivery. And the food was AMAZING!! They definitely have a new customer. I can’t thank this crew enough!!

If you are not the majority of the demographic in Douglasville, this is the place for you. An old school bar with pool tables and a great vibe. Service is spectacular and the people are great, especially when the drinks keep flowing. Patronized this establishment on a business trip to Georgia. I forgot to pay my bill after way too many drinks and the police showed up at my hotel room in the middle of the night so don’t do that lol. I made it right the next day and I tipped the waitress $75 cash for her troubles. Hopefully she got it. I would patronize this establishment again in the future. Ask for Jaime or her mom Cricket they are the best servers.

I’m sure this place has potential, but I was highly disappointed. Only one juice option for mixed drinks as they were pretty much out of a lot. the entree (shrimp hibachi) 16.95 for literally maybe 4 pieces of shrimp and a scoop of rice was told it came with two sides only to get told after the fact something else, & the rice was burnt. No managers on-site to rectify overcharge. Times are hard I do get it but again highly disappointed.
