I bought a chocolate dip cone. I’m assuming that the chocolate went bad. It had small dots in it like fly eggs or maggot eggs then when I try to call the establishment, no one will answer the phone so I gave it time to call back. They disconnected the phone so they don’t receive phone calls because they saw my call and didn’t want me to call back, so it makes me think they knew that chocolate was bad and they still sold the ice cream cone and you can clearly see it on the cone. I’m so disgusted and my stomach hurts. if I could give zero stars I would.

Went through the Drive through and ordered a Burger meal and Chicken Strip meal. got two burgers that were WET with grease, fries were cold, ice cream was half melted. Lady at the window had a horrible attitude. All around negative experience from a terrible establishment.

This store is great. Never any issues and unlike other fast food places the food comes out fast and hot, and the store is clean. It’s always nice to see Quawnez at the register. He treats customers like he wants to be treated. He deserves a raise!!

Fast, friendly service! The dining room is open for take out only. It was a little crowded but I was in and out in 14 minutes and my food was hot and fresh! All the employees wore masks properly and gloves. I was impressed!

Showed up here at 9:05PM to carry out some ice cream & was told the dining room was closed (even though they didn’t close until 10PM) and the worker came out and told us to walk through the drive thru.. we couldn’t drive through it since we had a big work truck.

Ordered 4, 4 piece bbq tenders sauced and tossed, 1 pretzel, 1 banana split, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and 1 small turtle pecan cluster shake totaling $48.85, receipt was not provided. We received 4 , 4 plain chicken tenders. Once we informed the drive through person that the order was incorrect and requested to speak with the manager. The manager informed us that the 4 piece tenders are on sale and that it would cost more. According to the app it was just a difference of $4.36. Prices and pictures are listed so we were very comfortable ordering the above items. We were provided a couple cups of bbq sauce. No apology even given. I have never been to an establishment that would not provide the food requested to a paying consumer and assumed that we were in a financial strain. Pretty disappointed DQ.

I asked if there was still s 2 for $5 meal option with a burger (no bun)+a child size cone. I was charged $7 in total (2.99 for the cone alone!) and requested why and was told twice I could have the $7 meal with 2 burgers but I didn’t want the fries or bun. I just let it go because I wasn’t in the mood to argue. The nice young girl just didn’t know the deals.

I stop at Dairy Queen for a banana split and Dilly bars. My banana split was completely melted by the time I got home. I was like soup. It did not taste like ice cream at home only whipped cream. I tried to call the store but no answer. I was tired and my feet was hurting so I refused to go back up there.
