Delicious! I don’t come ♀️ here often but today 2/12/26 was amazing or maybe because I was hungry ? I bought pepper chicken with fried rice and broccoli . The only down side was the crab rangoon didn’t have any crab in it… plain cream cheese 🙁 Staff greeted me and my friend when we walked in, they politely asked how we were doing and what we would like to eat. Atmosphere felt like home , we will return! Thank you

BAD BAD BAD. Carlos is the manager he made my order. Everything was hot but i guess they are no longer using the portions ive become used too over several years while eating here. Carlos said this is a normal portion for the beef and broccoli. For one person we spent like $12-$13 and this is what you get you be the judge.

If this Panada Express was a fortune cookie, it would read “Great Fresh Food and Friendly Employees are in your very near future!” We went today for lunch. They are very consistent with having menu options fresh and available. Other Panda’s usually drop ball with that trait. Nope- not here. We have been over a dozen times and each time it’s a well oiled operation. On top of that, by far the best customer service we have experienced at a Panda Express. The employees put you in a good mood with their friendliness. Highly recommend.

First time in this location, and it was wonderful! Hot food, minimal wait, and very friendly service from Arshad! It’s not often (in my experience) to have such enthusiasm from a food service worker, so he was a refreshing change! The cleanliness of the restaurant was even better, with this being so close to my job I’ll be stopping in often!

The food wasn’t the best, usually panda express tastes better. The employees were very friendly and quick. The restaurant was a little dirty, but they were also very busy during the lunch rush. The parking lot was also very busy. It was hard to find a parking spot and also hard to maneuver.

I visited this location for lunch after church and was extremely disappointed with the service. One of the young ladies at the counter was noticeably rude. If she is unhappy in her role, perhaps it’s time to reconsider that position, because customer service is key in this type of environment.
I was helping my mother with her order, and the staff member’s tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. In addition, I asked another employee for the same base as my mom chow mein and vegetables, but she served rice instead. Instead of preparing a fresh plate, she simply scooped out the rice — but there was still some left under the chow mein. That’s not acceptable.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff’s behavior and training.

Every time I order they do not send the sauce that comes WITH teriyaki chicken. This chicken is plan as hell and had no sauce to go with it now. Done ordering from this one, don’t bother with them.

I ordered online and received my food fast but when I got home and started eating my food, I found a piece of hair wrapped around my orange chicken and I had already had it in my mouth. so disgusting and it made me lose my appetite and I know it wasnt my hair because it was long and my hair is pulled back. I will not be eating from this place again and that’s a shame because I really enjoyed the new hot orange chicken.

I ordered delivery this time and had an horrible encounter with a team leader named Daniella. I called in to ask for my bag to be sealed tight and to add an extra sauce with my popcorn chicken. She was rude and obnoxious! I normally deal with Susan who is a nice manager and other employees that I know by name from being a regular customer. I prioritized this location over the one closer to my home. Daniella, not only told me that they didnt have the regular seals to properly tighten my bag for delivery but also no for the extra sauce! I dislike horrible customer service interactions and strong difficulties over minor things. I never had an issue with my simple requests in the past, so I didnt think I would have trouble today. I know every establishment has rules but at the same time in some small instances sometimes rules can be accommodated. She didnt try to help, or appease the situation at hand. She was power tripping at an all time high. Daniella, clearly doesn’t have the real proper skills, mindset, nor discernment to care about providing the true Panda Express experience. I canceled my entire order, and most likely won’t return. I was extremely turned off!
