Ice cream was good and they had a lot of flavors. The scoops were big and the waffle cone was not stale. One down side was they DO NOT ALLOW SAMPLES so we were unable to figure out which one we liked more.

The Ice Cream Parlor is a fairly nice place for cold sweets. It’s a cross the street from Campbell’s Pub & Veranda.

It has a small selection of ice cream and it tastes decent. The sign says “hand-dipped.” It’s a bit less sweet for the flavors that I got, which were vanilla and pineapple coconut.

There’s usually a long line of tourists and nice restrooms for customers to use. There are seatings inside the parlor as well as outside.

We stopped in for some ice cream. It was such a hot day and the misters outside were wonderful. The staff was so nice. We got our ice cream and enjoyed sitting outside at the tables. It is in a perfect location and near the water.

The Ice Cream Parlor at the Landing in Chelan, WA, is one of the best places to visit if you love ice cream. The location is perfect, right at the Landing, making it a convenient stop after a day at the lake or while exploring the town. The setting is charming and adds to the overall pleasant experience.

The ice cream here is simply amazing. The scoops are generous, so you get a lot for your money. They offer a wide variety of flavors, from the classics like vanilla and chocolate to unique ones like huckleberry and salted caramel. Each flavor is rich and creamy, making it hard to pick a favorite. I love trying something new every time I visit, and I’ve never been disappointed.

The service at the Ice Cream Parlor is another highlight. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and are always ready to help. This patience and attentiveness make the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I also appreciate the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere of the parlor. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your ice cream, whether you’re with family, friends, or on your own. The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a sunny day with your delicious treat.

In summary, the Ice Cream Parlor at the Landing in Chelan is a must-visit. With its fantastic ice cream, generous scoops, great location, and friendly service, it’s a place that will keep you coming back for more. Highly recommended!

The Ice Cream Parlor at The Landing is a must-visit when you’re in Chelan! From the moment we walked in, the charm of the place was undeniable. It has that nostalgic, old-fashioned parlor feel with a modern twist—super clean, welcoming, and full of sweet surprises.

The variety of flavors was incredible! From classics like vanilla bean and mint chip to more adventurous picks like huckleberry cheesecake and espresso fudge, there was something for everyone. The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. You can tell they care about what they serve.

Our kids were thrilled with the generous portions and fun topping choices, and I loved that they had non-dairy options too. The waffle cones were fresh and delicious—definitely worth the upgrade! The staff was friendly and patient, even with our crew of indecisive little ones.

We ended up sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful view, making the whole experience even better. It’s the perfect spot to treat yourself after a long day at the lake or strolling through town. We’ll absolutely be back again—and probably more than once during our trip!

Do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it!

Decent ice cream parlor. It has all the “standard” flavors you would expect at a ice cream parlor. The price is tourist town price, but the amount was actually pretty good. There isn’t a lot of places to sit and it’s better to walk somewhere.

Skip this shop! I’ve never been to an ice cream shop that doesn’t offer samples before you buy, even if just a limited number. We decided to walk less than a block to the Chelan Toys and Sweets store and saw some of the same flavors we were eyeing for $2 less per (massive) scoop and better cone options. Plus you can taste before committing!

Really great ice cream in a nicely designed shop with inside and outdoor patio seating. Parking nearby. My fave was the double espresso in a cone!

The only ice cream shop I’ve been to since COVID that still doesn’t offer tastings — cheap.

They also charge a $0.50 fee for using a credit card and don’t tell you until it shows up on the receipt — again, cheap.

Time to get with the times.

Delicious ice cream from Cascade Creamery. I’m used to stingy servings at ice cream parlors so I ordered a double scoop, but it was massive. $8.66 well spent!
