Phenomenal food. Typically I do not enjoy “fastfood”, however, experimenting with Panda Express today made my kids and I happy. I was served by “Naveed” and his customer service was top notch. He made us feel extremely welcomed and delighted to enjoy the cuisine he was serving. I will definitely come back here soon. Give Naveed a raise!

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience this Sunday, largely due to the behavior of one staff member, Daria, who was quite rude. We were a group of six, and some of our guests had a language barrier. Instead of politely explaining that drinks needed to be ordered first, she abruptly demanded that we put the cup back—despite the setup making it look like drinks were self-serve.
We also tried to use an app promotion for a free family meal at checkout, but the staff and cashier didn’t take the time to listen to what we wanted. As a result, we couldn’t use the discount, and ended up paying the full price.
Additionally, the tables were dirty, and no one seemed to be cleaning or maintaining the dining area during our visit.

We had a beautiful experience at Panda, yesterday. Customer service was the best. They where busy, but all the employees where still on point, and we understandstood They were so helpfulll, the front of the house had smiles, it made my experience very pleasant. sometimes as customers, we have to understand when the fast food place is busy. I placed a DoorDash order tonight (02/10/26) and ordered a Big Plate with Honey Walnut Shrimp. When I opened the box, there was only one piece of shrimp included. For an item that costs significantly more, this was extremely disappointing and felt like the closing crew treated the order as a joke. If this was all that was going to be provided, it would have been better not to include it at all.
On top of that, the packaging was not properly secured, which shows a lack of care and attention to quality control. Overall, this experience felt careless and unacceptable. I took photos of the order and will wait to see if management reaches out to resolve this.

I had just got done with my workout, and my friend told me lets go to Panda express today, so I said okay. I got in line to order, and a short dude named “Nahveed” or something like that took my order. I decided to stay conservative with my order today, only ordered grilled teriyaki and fried rice. Suddenly, as he started reaching for my fortune cookie, this dude OPENS the container and starts EATING the chicken. It was barely five seconds later and all of my food was gone. After he licked the plastic clean, he started looking at me funnily… He started licking his lips and shutting his eyes, and i sprinted out of the restaurant. 0/10 service, never going again. he burned my rice too

A quick bite Chinese food court restaurant for dine in or take out. Food quality was fine for this type of establishment. Some minor issues of cleanliness at the tables, but since this is not a full service restaurant, that’s expected.

It’s really a hit and miss here. There were a few dishes that were left empty. My favorite is the Supergreens, and wish that they’d come out with new vegetarian options. The beyond chicken is a little dry, while my husband did that his Honey Walnut Shrimp was a bit soggy.

There were barely any entrees available. Employees were non attentive. They gave me the smallest portion of chow mein?? Pic below before I even touched the food.
Orange chicken was soggy, as well as the broccoli beef. Portions for these were also so small (I see her shaking the spoon to make the pieces of food fall off)..
