The service was friendly and professional and the employee Jesse is particularly friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite location because the place is always clean & quiet. I recommend ordering on the BK app to earn rewards and to take advantage of deals, discounts & promotions.

I honestly don’t understand how this location rates above a 3 based on the experiences I’ve had here.
I only go to this Burger King because the McDonald’s nearby always has a long line — but even though BK is usually empty, the drive-thru is consistently slow. Almost every time I pull up, I’m asked to park and wait for my food. It shouldn’t take this long when there’s no line.
And on the few occasions when I do get my order at the window, the food seems microwaved — the bun comes out steaming and soggy instead of fresh.
It’s frustrating because I actually like Burger King, but this location just can’t get it right. The pattern is the same on every visit: slow service and low-quality food. I really hope management reads this and makes improvements, because it shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple order.

Fantastic experience, Jesse took my order and was not only patient but also very friendly. Jesse was beyond helpful with assistance with placing my order. Definitely deserves a raise! He even helped me fix my BK crown to size. 10/10 for incredible costumer service and excellent food!

This was such a nice experience! When I pulled up to the drive through, I got asked if I wanted a crown! The staff were just very friendly and my meal was perfect. Everything was fresh and super hot! I’ll come back soon.
