We order takeout here at least twice a month. Food is always made correctly and fresh. If you eat in the store, it is a nice experience as well. Charming store front in an old Main Street building.

Walked inside of the subway here in Cabool, Missouri. People know I’m as honest as I can be when I post these. I had a coupon for Buy any 3 footlongs for $17.99 and they would not accept it. She stated that it was owner preference. So in my opinion save your money and go to the next town to a Subway that will honor their coupons.

I love love love subway! But what I love even more is how friendly the staff is. But the last two times I have stopped in weren’t the greatest . Gentleman shrugged off the fact that he made my food sloppy. He said “it’s kinda sloppy… but..” and then shrugged his shoulders. I had told him it was fine and not to stress it. A couple of days later, I stopped in, and the same gentleman was there. It appeared he was there by himself. Very overwhelmed. Had several online orders backed up with someone already standing in line waiting, and someone there to pick up an order that wasn’t done yet. He needed help, and I don’t think there was any. I felt bad for the kid. I don’t think I’d have a very good attitude if I were in his position either.

Update, subs have gotten betyer since my 3 year ago review. Meatballs are tiny now, but at least they went across the whole sub. Worst subs around. Got a large meatball sub and on one half of the cut sub it was all bread with a piece of a meatball and one small meatball. They filled the rest of that half of sub with just sauce. The other half had 2 small meatballs plus 2 smaller pieces of a meatball. It’s bad enough that they shrunk the meatballs down to half the size they use to be, but then on top of that they don’t even put whole meatballs in the sub but just pieces and on top of that a quarter of the sub had no meat at all, that’s utterly ridiculous and a total rip off. And of course they up the prices on that crap, and I mean crap. All workers should be fired and that excuse for a subway should be permanently shut down. Place is totally disgusting.

Nothing against this location just Subway in general. Prices keep going up. Long gone are the days of a $5 ft long. The cheapest one is eight bucks. Hard to stomach when the sandwich shop down the road sells them for much less. I love the food and it’s nice to have a healthy option but it’s gotten to the point where I can take my family out to a real restaurant for the same price.
