Pizza Inn

Be warned, this pizza place is located in a gas station. I didn’t realized that until I went to pick it up, still gave them a try. The pizza had a weird taste, the ham tasted like it was expired, the sauce was not good either. I ate half of a slice and had to throw it away. I will not go back to this place.

Lowering my rating because twice the store was closed in the middle of day when I had cash to pay for gas and another time just needed a bottle of water. Not sure if it’s because no workers showed up but no signs on door or anything. Pizza is still the best but they can’t guarantee they will have the supplies to make one each day. Also, I’ve gotten a pizza before at 8:30am but another day they said pizza doesn’t start until 12:30pm.

Horrible!! My family ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. It took over an hour for the food to arrive. When the food arrived both pizza’s were burnt to a crisp and the wings were horrible. Both were so bad that we could not eat them. However my husband and I both bit off a slice of pizza a piece.The wings did not have any sauce and appeared to also be over cooked or old.. When we called to complain the manager had the nerve to act like a fool! He refused to replace both pizzas because 2 slices of one pizza were missing since my husband and I bit off 2 slices of one of the pizzas. He offered us a coupon and agreed to replace one pizza. After arguing with my husband for 3 to 4 minutes, the mgr got mad and told my husband he would just give him his money back. In the meantime, we still do not have food because the manager somehow felt it was just too much to replace our pizzas because 2 slices were missing! I will starve before I ever order from them again!

We’ve gotten pizza from here twice. Both times it’s an older woman cooking… and both times the pizza dough is not completely cooked. We have to put it in the oven and FINISH cooking it. The flavors are awesome…just wish someone would train her on how long to leave it in the oven…or, maybe her oven isn’t getting hot enough… who knows.

I’ve been getting pizza from this place for over 5 years now, and every single time I am amazed by how good it is and how nice the people working there are. I read all the negative reviews on here and from going in there so much I can tell you that these people were either mean to the people working, or may of experienced the odd mistake pizza – which happens, we’re all human. This is a Gas Station that has a tiny kitchen and one oven – they can only crank out so many pizzas at once for the multitude of drunkards on the island. If it’s busy there – you’re going to have to wait a while for a pizza – that’s just what happens. If you go in there are are respectful to the people working (because they deserve it) and have a little patience when it’s crazy busy, I promise you everything you get will be fantastic. This is literally my favorite chain pizza shop in the world and it’s something I look forward to every time I go down to visit.

I had a made to order pizza. It was delicious! And I also ordered Asian chili bone in wings and they were finger licking good!! I think the guy cashier is awesome and the others that work there are great people too. They have gas, ice, beer, pizza, subs, wings, Corona, Modelo, Twisted Tea in different flavors, Bootleggers, candy, chips and anything you might think of in a convenient store.

So today I ordered two large beef pizzas, tell me why I get in the car about to drive away and I check the pizzas just to see that there was barely even cheese on there. I could literally see the sauce clear as day. Now although there was no extra cheese on the pizza, it should have been covered evenly with cheese. I was gonna order extra cheese, but i’d hate to see what that looks like. Last time I checked, a pizza was supposed to be covered with cheese. Any how I went back in to confront the lady about how dreadful the pizza looked and she had the nerve to laugh right in my face as I was standing there trying to address the issue. I would have hate to have seen what a regular cheese pizza would turn out to be, probably more like a sauce pizza. Today marks the last and final day that I ever eat at pizza inn.

Well, the pizza was not cooked all the way through to include the wings. A 48.00 dollar order that was clearly rushed. Another issue was the delivery. The pizza looked like it was delivered in a drag racing car at full speed with everything sliding off to one side. Horrible choice!

Horrible customer service. I called to order a pizza. They didn’t have several of the toppings that were standard on the pizza. The guy got an attitude on the phone. Like it was my fault for ordering a taco pizza. Then he hung the phone up on me. It was very rude and unnecessary.
