Chipotle Mexican Grill was busy as expected on a Saturday 1/10/2026 evening. They were very short staffed and the front line black gentleman was somehow performing the jobs of the order taking for done in line, hot foods line, cold line, and the cash register. His professionalism and positive attitude was remarkable. If he is interested, he would be an outstanding manager.

All tables were dirty, no ice, out of many ingredients to make a bowl/burrito and had to wait for the fajitas until after we sat down. Portions overall were very small and had to ask multiple times for more and the food still didn’t touch the top of the aluminum to go lid. We waited for fajitas and they were very undercooked and smothered in “ oregano” per the staff. Absolutely horrible. This is our third visit at this location over a span of 3 years and we won’t be back. We mentioned that our food did not taste good and that the portions were skimpy and nothing but “we’re behind.” Visited this past Friday well after lunch time.

Smallest burrito i have ever received and its a $19 burrito. Supposed to have extra ingredients that i paid $7 for and the burrito fits in the palm of my hand its a bit ridiculous. This location always has an issue either the food is way overcooked or you get very small portions. 2.8 stars is well deserved. BE AWARE YOUR $ GETS YOU NOWHERE.

So, here we are again. We’ve been repeatedly trying to give this location another chance regardless of the past experiences. But I guess its time to update.
The staff lately has definitely been a pleasure at the register.
The atmosphere, they’re trying. Restaurant isn’t as busy as it used to be (probably due to the food which I’ll explain next), but they could do a wee bit better job of cleaning the dining area.
Now for the food. Everything that doesn’t require heat to make is great! The white rice is basic white rice with no hint of lime, absolutely flavorless. The new honey chicken or any chicken has no seasoning. It’s also over cooked. But the real thing that has me upset is thinking by ordering early for pickup was that the toppings would be fresh. The grilled peppers and onions were soggy and full of char bits! This tells me that they were made yesterday on a dirty grill. This location only knows how to warm up peppers and onions not cook them which is why they weren’t crunchy like they had just been cut which is there unfortunate normal.
They are definitely trying to fix things, I can tell considering we order from there a lot. Now they need a cook. Everything is bland from the chips to the meat. Again, anything that requires heat is disgusting.
But atleast they are only out of 10% of menu items instead of nearly 70% in the middle of the day so that was good.

Placed an order online, picked it up and it was wrong. Drove back and was treated awful. Guess i should have read all of the reviews before wasting my money. However once inside, I realized how disgusting it was! The staff was in the back playing around on their phones and laughing while one guy was trying to clean. Look at the dust on the glass over the food, the board of health needs to stop in. Save your money and go some where else.

If I could I would have scored a zero. Never got a greeting even though 2 employees were standing at the line where you start your order, they were too busy making the managers meal, then when they finally acknowledged our presence, I asked for their new high protein burrito and I was met with blank stares because it was just “adding double protein to any bowl or burrito” they acted like they had no idea how to make what they are advertising. Overall this whole experience was worse than trash. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again unless they get a whole new staff

Whoever orders the supply for this store should be fired this location is constantly out of something 4+ hours before close. Just today no lettuce, no guac, no queso, no shredded cheese. Few weeks ago it was no brown rice, and no vinaigrette.
An employee today in the back was heard very loudly yelling and cussing about improper staffing, which i understand but unprofessional. Dont know why i keep coming back lol.

I 100% do not recommend ordering online for the drive thru. I ask for extra rice and they will barely put any, they will put very little of everything when I order through the drive thru. So I go inside now. I wish they had better separation of the food. I can’t have dairy and half the time I can’t get the guacamole because the cheese has fallen in it. I don’t think that’s the employees’ fault, just how the restaurant chain is set up. However. The food is always delicious. The employees are always kind. And it’s easy to scan Chipotle rewards.
