I came to this taco bell to clear the ol large intestine and I gotta say, their food really cleaned the old pipes out. So much so that my stool wasn’t hard for 8 days straight! Although nowhere comparable to the burger king down the street that had tomorrow’s food coming out of me before I even took a bite but still 10/10.

I have only visited the Ephrata Taco Bell once, so my review is in light of that one visit. A friend and I chose this restaurant for lunch on a Friday at noon. The restaurant was not crowded at all but there were a few cars being attended in the drive thru. After waiting at the register for while, an employee directed us to the self order kiosk as an alternative to further waiting. I have never used the kiosk before but was able to locate what I wanted after a brief search. My friend had difficulty finding what she wanted though, so an employee very graciously assisted her. We received our orders in a timely manner and the food was hot and well prepared. The over all ambiance of the restaurant was clean and modern. There were some crumbs on one of the tables but the floor and chairs were free of debris. We found a corner seat and enjoyed watching the mundane street traffic as we chatted and ate. A few more patrons arrived during our lunch but the restaurant was never crowded and I noticed that they were attended at the register in a timely manner. In all, my visit to the Ephrata Taco Bell was not unpleasant and while it was not outstanding, I give it four stars as an adequately enjoyable lunch experience.

Awesome Taco Bell location. Pretty clean and the food is good. The employees are nice, not overly chatty or outgoing like more trendy locations but they are decent acting. Great place for a evening snack. Love that they participate in T-Mobile Tuesday. Love getting my free taco! Highly recommend!

When i pulled up to the drive thru window, the staff tried giving me a cup that looked like it had halfway melted because the drive thru was busy, I asked for a full one and Im not sure but it seems like they just gave me a half melted slush after just topping it off.

Stopped here for a quick bite after coming down the not so scenic route from the North Cascades. Didnt know u can double the meat on tacos… so we tried it. They were hooked up, but then had very little lettuce, lol. They were very fresh, fast, and yummy.
