We had an amazing event at GIA and can’t say enough about the ease of hosting 35 of our friends to celebrate our son’s upcoming wedding. Eric and the team made planning easy. The food and service were exceptional. They worked with us easily to decorate the room. And the vibe was just perfect for a late afternoon cocktail event. It was seamless from start to finish and we will definitely do it again. Thanks to everyone at GIA for making our event so special.

My family and I went to GIA last Saturday night for my birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect from the food and wine to the service. The Chef’s Specials for the night included Osso Buco, which is one of my favorites and it was delish. Every meal at GIA should start with a charcuterie board. This is an ideal spot for a nice date night, a family gathering, or just because you need a glass of wine and excellent food. Oh, and forget to explore the wine list, the Italian selections were excellent, try the Ripasso if you haven’t tried one before.

We had such a wonderful experience hosting our son’s rehearsal dinner at GIA. We would highly recommend Eric Snow and his team for any special occasion. The menu he crafted was perfect. The level of expertise in set up, design and delivery superb. Chef Mark came out to meet us, as did the owner, head waiter and banquet staff. The food was excellent! The service top notch and the atmosphere – elegant and intimate. Thank you all again for making a memorable and special evening!!

One of our favorite “ Date night” places. Last night was truly spectacular. We had the prosciutto wrapped asparagus, which was just such a clever and delicious combination. We shared an Oso Buco, which I highly recommend. It was so delicious. The meat was juicy and fork tender. The sauce was perfect as was the risotto. It was a big enough portion that we shared and even brought some home. As usual, my smoked maple sour was perfect. Our server Sun Was so sweet and attentive.

On May 24, 2025 our Granddaughter’s graduation luncheon was celebrated at this awesome restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed it. They were so patient and accommodating. The food was delicious. The Potato leek soup was excellent. The atmosphere and customer service are superb. We had a blast! Thank you! We will return.

Filet was great, our whole table was not a fan of the chocolate cake with the lavender ice cream. Would have been much better with regular vanilla. I did not have the crab cakes but was told they were also very good. Once again the filet was great. Not a single complaint from anyone of the 14 people in our group that ordered it

If you’re considering GIA for your wedding or any special event, let me save you the stress… book them!! I’m an interior designer and work with vendors all the time, so I’m used to slow replies and inconsistent communication. Eric Snow was the complete opposite. He called me the morning after I submitted my inquiry for my wedding(while other caterers took week) and that level of intention stayed the same through the entire planning process.
At our tasting, he treated our families with so much care. He asked thoughtful questions, paid attention to what mattered to us, and genuinely wanted the wedding weekend to feel special. We told him we didn’t want a buffet and we didn’t want a formal, overpriced sit-down dinner. Without missing a beat, he suggested “grazing stations” beautifully staged tables in different areas so guests could move around, mingle, and serve themselves without it feeling like a buffet line. He created a custom menu for this format, and it ended up being amazing!
The grazing tables were one of the most talked-about parts of our wedding. They were visually stunning and filled with unique and delicious items: duck prosciutto, sage Derby, triple crème Brie, pear–apple jam, blackberry jam, stuffed olives, naan, roasted pepper hummus, and more. Everything was clearly labeled with allergies in mind, but because we had many guests with dietary restrictions, a few were hesitant to self-serve. Eric immediately made individual plates on the spot, making sure no one felt left out or unsure about what they could enjoy. Always going the extra mile.
We trusted him so much that we let him create and choose our rehearsal dinner menu without us having to look at it before hand and it became one of our favorite meals of the whole weekend. We knew anything he would suggest would be amazing.
On the wedding day, he checked on specific guests personally, and made sure my husband and I always had food and a drink in hand. His whole team was professional, punctual, kind, and seamless. We even had GIA make our custom pear–apple jam favors, and they turned out perfect. Our guests kept asking, “Who catered this?” and weeks later, people are still talking about the food and the service.
Out of all our amazing vendors, Eric and his team truly stood out. If we had to do it all again, we would hire Eric and the GIA team every single time without hesitation.
