I try not to be biased, but I’ve ordered from this location three times over the span of two years, each time worse than the last. There needs to be better quality on food, we spend our hard earned money on it after all.
I ordered Sesame Chicken and it looked like it sat out all day and was finally packaged when I ordered it. It’s been this way every single time.

Went here because I was looking for somewhere new to eat and I was not disappointed. I got a eggroll and egg drop soup. The egg roll was hot, flaky, and crispy (wish I had brought a couple more) and the sweet and sour sauce was good too. The soup was a great texture and delicious. Also for about 2-3 dollars you get a good amount of soup. Safe to say I will be back!

I went in for dinner last week after work and had a pretty solid experience overall. The place wasn’t huge, but it felt clean and comfortable. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken and some fried rice, and both came out hot and fresh. The sauce had a nice balance, not overly sweet like some spots. Portions were decent for the price too.
Service was friendly, even though it got a little busy and things slowed down for a bit. Nothing major, just something I noticed. Overall it’s a reliable neighborhood Chinese restaurant and I’d come back when I’m craving takeout.

Drove across the city to this restaurant. It was well worth the trip. I had Moo Goo Gai Pan, and it was the absolute best I’ve ever had. My friend had Cashew Chicken and he could not stop raving about it. The portions are huge, the serves are very polite and help each other. The atmosphere was very quiet as well. Cost was about 20.00 per person. We also had a cola each and two appetizers to share. Definitely will be back

Crab rangoon was alittle too thick for my liking but soup and food was delicious! Large portion at lunch.

Was our first visit. Golden palace is very inviting, clean and elegant looking. We ordered won ton soup and looked great, but meat inside was bland. Our main meal was Mongolian beef which is a favorite Chinese meal for us. Although it looked very teasing and the meat cuts was big and tender, it was also bland and lacking the taste we usually find elsewhere. We also had fried rice, and all it was is soy flavored rice. Where is the egg and veggies normally with it mixed in? Strange!
Soon after eating I started developing a headache and even though it’s been 6 hours of a light nagging headache I suspect MSG is their flavor additive.
I don’t believe this will be a first choice for us anymore. Great look though.

This is the BEST Chinese in Omaha. Quality and consistency on a whole other level. The place is always impeccably clean and the service is excellent. Try the beef, it stands out in quality even for Nebraska, known for good beef. Can’t go wrong here!
