I want to take a moment to recognize David, the manager at Domino’s Pizza – Store #10 (5133 Raeford Rd), for truly outstanding leadership and customer care.
After experiencing a few unusually poor delivery issues over my last three orders—despite consistently leaving $7 tips—David took it upon himself to personally hand-deliver my order. That gesture alone spoke volumes. This level of service is very much in character for this location, which is why those recent experiences were so surprising. Historically, my orders (typically placed between 7:00–9:00 PM, occasionally as late as 9:30) have always been prepared well and delivered hot, regardless of how busy the store was or the time of year.
Because the situation had become frustrating, I did share—honestly but respectfully—that I would no longer leave a tip until receiving and inspecting my order, simply to ensure the level of service I’ve always known this store for. I’m happy to say that the food was excellent, and David’s decision to step in personally turned the entire experience around.
Mistakes can happen in any fast-paced environment, especially with new team members in training, and I genuinely hope those moments become learning opportunities that help the staff continue to grow and improve. Strong leadership like David’s makes that possible.
Thank you, David, for taking accountability, restoring confidence, and reminding me why this location has always stood out. Keep up the great work—I guess you earned that tip.

I’m going to be as transparent as possible. Most places here in Fayetteville are either poorly ran and or food is not up to par. This domino’s experience was no exception to that even though I was praying it would be tonight. My wife ordered me and her food for delivery which came with multiple issues. 1) took 45mins to an hour for delivery even though we don’t stay far from the store. 2) We ordered a 6 piece habanero wings, a chicken Alfredo pasta, a chicken caesar salad, and a 8 piece stuffed pepperoni with marina dipping sauce and ranch dipping cups. Yet upon delivery we did not get any utensils, dipping cups, or the salad. 3) we let our driver and the store know and then had to wait another 30 mins for the missing items. Yet the only missing item we received was the salad. 4) drivers first excuse for the mix up was that the store didn’t give him the items even though the driver is the one who makes sure the items are to be bagged(ik this because I’ve worked at dominoes before). His 2nd excuse when I asked about the dipping cups was that “he didn’t grab any”. Even though it’s clear on the receipt. 5) Wings were poorly cooked, salad was warm, and NO UTENSILS OR DIPPING CUPS. Order was placed at 7:59pm, first round of food arrived at 9:20pm, and salad didn’t arrive until almost 10:30pm. That’s 2 and half ours waiting for subpar food and the store could only provide a $25 store credit with an apology unless WE OURSELVES BROUGHT THE FOOD BACK. Won’t be eating here again.

We had a great experience at this Domino’s thanks to the manager, John. There was an issue with my order, and he handled it quickly and professionally. He remade the order without hesitation and even provided store credit, which really showed that he cares about customer satisfaction. John was polite, understanding, and made sure everything was right before I left. Excellent customer service, this is how it should be done. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Got the $6.99 match deal for 2 pizzas. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLY RAN. THE PIZZA SO DRY, BURNT. AS IF THE SAUCE WAS INTENTIONALLY LEFT. And look how it was cut… when you go to pick up, everyone looks depress, like they want to quit and it effects the product. And it was barely cheese on it. At this point im eating burnt toast… honestly the pizza wasnt that enjoyable to me…

Last night my wife and I decided to order a pizza, don’t get me wrong pizza was alright but the driver Brandon could’ve did better instead of having a bitter attitude. He had asked my wife and I what our total was which we didn’t kno if he was asking us or someone on the phone because he was looking down as if he was on the phone, once he notice we didn’t respond he said “Excuse me! Are you gonna answer my question, what’s your total!?” With an attitude that wasn’t needed, and since when do dominios ask someone for their total? Shouldn’t of tipped dude for his service.

They will leave your order under the headlamp for an extended period of time if they dont like your tip amount. Usually leave ten percent. Get it cold and after an hour. This time left 20 and it was here within 30 min. Don’t order from here.

Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of diet coke. Delivery guy brought my pizza but forgot my 2 liter. I caught him before he could leave and asked about my diet coke he said he forgot it and was going to come back with it. He, of course, never did and just lied to my face. I don’t like liars. Not to mention it took nearly an hour and half to get a single pizza.

Service and atmosphere was pretty good. It took a bit longer than estimated for my curbside delivery, but looking inside, they were fully staffed and I saw delivery people running in and out with orders.

My issue is with my dessert… I’ve ordered this so many times because it’s so so good. Well tonight when I finally opened the box, they looked disgusting. Not sure how powder sugar turns yellow, but I’m guessing maybe from oil or something. I wasn’t going to find out tonight though. Snapped a quick picture then trashed them.

I said I was dissatisfied, not satisfied. I sent my boyfriend in to grab our order while I stayed in the car. The employees did not attach a receipt to our order, so they couldn’t find it, though we could both see it sitting on top of the ovens. My name is Tajela, and for that, the manager gave my boyfriend attitude for having “a complicated name”. I also witnessed the same manager working on a pizza with no gloves, then bringing it out to the car beside me. She seemed very rude from what I could see from the car. They also forgot part of our order, the sauces that we paid for. This was even after my boyfriend completely read off our order to them so they could even find our pizzas and bread bites. The food was also cold by the time we got it because it took so long for them to find it. They also made a fuss because we were paying with gift cards in store after placing our order online, even though it states that it’s an option for us. There is no way to pay with a gift card on the app, so we had to do it in person.
