I am a local resident of the area they are located in, and have seen them frequently serving customers while I went about my daily errands. Finally decided to stop by tonight and would recommend that others in the area (and outside) stop by and get a proper East African meal.
The service was pleasant and informative, very lovely energy provided by the staff. The music, the smells of the food being cooked, and the ambiance of a nice night, has left me looking forward to my next visit.

So good even my kids inhaled it. The guys are so polite and very friendly. Priced fairly, and huge portions.

Friendly employees, positive attitudes, enjoy what they do and are proud of the good they serve. We go out of our way to eat there and even wait until they open to get their food. It’s like nothing else I have ever ate. I absolutely love , love their food and hope they plan on staying on 68th Street for a long while. I look forward to Saturday nights because of their awesome service and even better food.

Fire east african fusion food (never had it before and safe to say I’m impressed), the white garlic sauce elevates the plate to another level. I recommend getting a lemonade while you’re there, lots of flavor options. Definitely getting your bang for your buck here with the portions and food quality, just be careful because once you start eating you won’t want to put the fork down!
