Cinnaholic was a little too sweet for my taste, but I’ve gotta saythe business itself is pretty awesome.
I tried one of the more loaded options and it was definitely dessert-on-steroids , so next time I’m coming back for a classic so I can enjoy the cinnamon roll flavor without all the extra sugar overload.
What really stood out to me though was the heart behind the place: “buy a meal for a vet” is such a thoughtful touch, and the prayer box genuinely moved me. You don’t see that kind of intentional kindness everywhere.
Sweetness level wasn’t for me this round, but I respect what they’re doing—and I’ll be back to give the classic a fair shot.

I wanted to check out this place because the desserts looked really appealing.
I ordered three baby buns, but none were ready, so I had to wait about 10 minutes. When I finally received my order, I was surprised to find plain baby buns with the frosting packed separately in two small containers. What happened to the presentation? If customers are expected to frost them themselves, charging 3 for $5 feels a bit steep.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience I was looking forward to. Side note: the baby buns themselves were okay.

Cinnaholic is one of my favorite dessert spots and one of the first places that comes to mind when I am craving a warm cinnamon roll or a rich brownie. They offer a wide variety of toppings and sauces, allowing you to customize your treat exactly how you like it, and every bite tastes sweet, fresh, and delicious. The customer service is exceptional, with the young lady who greets you being both professional and friendly. She takes the time to answer questions in detail, helping you make the best choice based on your taste. I will definitely be back, maybe even this week. It is truly a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth and enjoy a welcoming experience. Must try for anyone in the Knoxville Area!

I love cinnamon rolls and this place never disappoints. Today I got the “buddy’s breakfast” one and it was amazing! I have been here multiple times and have never gotten a cinnamon roll or cookie dough I didn’t like. And 10/10 recommend because they are vegan as I’m allergic to eggs and milk.

I have 2 kids that are allergic to milk and 1 of them is allergic to eggs as well, so when I heard about this place, it was a destination event! The cinnamon rolls did not disappoint! They are delicious and the vanilla frosting was delicious as well. I got 3 different big ones and a half dozen baby buns to try, they were all fantastic!! You wouldn’t think a lot of sweet stuff on a cinnamon roll would be good, but IT IS, IT’S VERY GOOD! We’ll surely be going back. They aren’t cheap, but allergy friendly food never really is. I have this 4 stars instead of 5, because I did feel like the customer service was lacking just a little. I think the girl at the register may have been new, but the other gal was not much more helpful. I had intended to buy a dozen cinnamon rolls for my kids since we live far away but for some reason she only had 6 rolls….. And didn’t act like she had any plans to make more or offer to make more, she had 6 period. This was in the middle of the day and other people were coming in behind us. I just felt like she lost a sale there, because I would have bought other things to try but I just was turned off by the lack of engagement with us as new customers to a niche customer base. Anyhoo I’m definitely going back, because the rolls are delicious and my kids deserve something delicious!

These vegan cinnamon rolls are beyond delicious! As a person with a dairy allergy, this is a super-sweet treat that I would gladly drive across the state to get any time! Very patient and helpful girls behind the counter as well considering I took about a thousand hours to choose my one cinnamon roll. 🙂

If you’re not a sweet tooth this isn’t a place for you. These boys are sweet! It’s a Vegan company which we didn’t know until we’d ordered so the rolls aren’t made with your typical ingredients. They have a few options and seasonal options too we got the Great Smoky Mountain Roll and the Monkey Business Roll, the monkey was so good and a good about of sweet while the smoky was super rich! We took them home and enjoyed them with milk.
