During the snow storm of 2026, a friend and I wanted to get McDonald’s breakfast. There was a Dine-in and Drive through, available on the menu. We chose drive through, but my car was stuck in the ice so we had to walk instead. We walked to McDonald through the ice and snow, and we saw their lobby was closed (even though the app said it was open). We walked through an empty drive through to get our food we already paid for and were denied. We explained that we already paid, been charged, and they refused our food. They claimed they couldn’t because of “safety issues”. They added salt to the burn by saying if we had a bike we could’ve gotten our food, but they still denied us. I can understand potential safety concerns under normal circumstances, but there were no other cars or customers. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and this is ridiculous. In a time of hardship (stuck car in ice and inclement weather) the McDonald’s team failed to do their main job: help customers.

I ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels with no salt it was like they poured salt on them to the point that I couldnt even eat them. This is the only item I care for at mcdonalds and it was $15 wasted, I wont be going back

Extremely rude..they forgot my iced Carmel macchiato and was told to come back the next day and when I did I was then told they could to anything about it? Tone was extremely rude all around and I was extremely disappointed

I recently ordered the 6 dollar Mcdouble deal, when I got home I noticed the McDouble was missing so I called and went up there to get my McDouble. Tay was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her so much for being fast and efficient in fixing my order! I will return for sure.

30 minutes for coffee tried go inside locked doors while lobby is posted as open on the door…..separate visit soggy bun cold meat sloppy sandwich and cold fries McDonald’s is supposed to be the golden standard at least for the Fries!!!

We ordered 2 5 dollar meals and the lady upgraded in both of our drinks without asking us or telling us or anything. McDonald’s is so gross and overpriced and now they think it’s ok to steal from us too????? I come here once …. Probably in a year…… And theft is my reward ….
