Forgive my spelling on her name, but there is a nice pretty,well spoken, hard workin’, professional, non-robotic customer service oriented lady named “Aniyah” who always gives great customer service, Fast food quality service and its process and never seems to let being so busy, rude customers or anything of the like affect her mannerisms and the quality of her determined service be affected. Thats rare, and I hope she is being well compensated.
She is on her A game all the time. It would be one thi g if this was the first time I met her, but 5 consecutive times, she always gives that level of fast food restaurant rapport, each and every time – and she wont even blink!
Keep up the great work Aniyah and the manager(s) who hired, coached and support her. I SEE YOU , Aniyah and the team!

Ordered to go. We only live a few minutes away . The burgers were room temperature and the buns tasted like they were almost stale.

Burger king here is really delicious. Much better than any other Burger King I’ve eaten at in Port Charlotte/Tampa. Don’t be shy because it’s deserted. The first time I parked the car i thought they were closed but they still operate inside. Come and try. the staff is very nice, he recommend the best for me as well as for you.

I had 2 different online orders because my mom was paying separately, we told the guy that was at the drive tru that we had an online order, he said pull up so we did and when we were at the window I tried to show him the orders on my phone and he said we don’t look at that so he hands us our first online order and my dad I guess didn’t hear it was for me and asked a couple times so the person at the person at the window started yelling at him then my dad realized it was my order after I t old him , as the black guy at the window was yelling at my dad I tried to tell him I had 1 more online order it was after my dad found out it was my order the guy at the front window finally heard me say I have 1 more online order, he gave me my other order and before we drove off I nicely asked for buffalo sauce and he was rude and gave us a dirty look and quickly walked back to the window and gave it to us , as we started to drive off you could see him telling something to the other person next to him , I normally don’t write bad reviews but that man does not need to be working there he has a very fast temper he clearly loves to throw a fit like a baby. State Rd 70 burger king has way better customer service. Oh and I forgot to mention after he said something about us to the other person that’s working with him the were laughing.

I love the Burger King whopper. I don’t think there’s a sandwich I like it.
But every Burger King I’ve been too lately is understaffed and slow.
Have an idea. I hate McDonald’s burgers. Why don’t you sell the whopper recipe with revenue sharing to McDonald’s? McDonald’s is super efficient. It’s obvious that you are not making any money. It would be a win-win. McDonald’s something besides breakfast with taste on their menu you would probably make more money working through McDonald’s.

Food was prompt, fresh and crispy. The cashier was friendly, attentive, and precise in her actions. The drive through looked well used. Maybe ready for a replacement.
