Well, we thought we would dine in at Pizza Hut considering we haven’t dined at a Pizza Hut in years, no, decades. Re-live the nostalgia. But sadly it just wasn’t the same! In fact, it was probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. And that is not an exaggeration. It was not like dining in a regular restaurant which makes me question why they even have a dining area open in the first place. We were given menus and sat ourselves and then waited, and waited and waited for someone to come take our order. After about 15-20 minutes I had to go to the front desk to tell someone that we have been waiting to have our order taken. Someone came by to take our order (which was two large pizzas, bread sticks, 6 drinks, and a salad with rand dressing as an appetizer). We then waited another another 15 minutes before I had to once again go to the front desk to ask if we could get our drinks we had ordered. The employee came and asked us what we ordered to drink because he had forgotten what we ordered. Our pizzas came out and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly and were told they would have to remake our pizza. The salad did not come until we were halfway through with our meal with no dressing, and the dipping marinara for our bread sticks was ice cold. Then the employee came by to tell us that they did not make the replacement Pizza correctly and a third pizza would have to be made. There were also no drink refills, which at this point was not a surprise at all. While we waited, a table of 4 had been seated about 10 minutes after we had been seated, and they were not helped at all and ended up leaving after roughly 30 minutes because no one ever came to take their order.
I got the salad to-go since we were halfway through the meal and waited for third Pizza to correctly be made before we paid and left. Once we got home we realized they just threw on cooked pepperoni onto the second incorrectly cooked pizza. They were not baked with the pizza. A third pizza was never made.
The dining room had several tables that had not been cleaned off and the carpet was full of debris under the tables. No one came to clear off our table of extra plates or check to see if the food was satisfactory. I will NEVER eat or order from this Pizza Hut ever again and will go out of my way to tell others to avoid this restaurant at all costs. By far the worst experience. If you have read this far, I highly suggest choosing a different pizza establishment and don’t consider this Pizza Hut as a dining option!

How this place has any five-star review blows my mind. I have stopped ordering Pizza Hut in Greeley simply because this place is disgusting. I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in probably 8 years because of this place alone. And last weekend I decided to try it for the first time in 8 years, I ordered extra sauce and went to pick up my pizza walked in four people were standing there three people walked away the person who was standing there made me wait 5 minutes before actually paying any attention to me handed me by pizza. I got home opened my box there was barely any cheese on my pizza, the pizza was undercooked and super soggy. It made me regret my decision to order from this establishment. Before moving to Greeley Pizza Hut was one of my favorite pizza places, and now just the thought of ordering a pizza from Pizza Hut makes my stomach turn. I don’t know why they put so little effort into making their pizza but they do. I don’t know anybody who likes going to Pizza Hut in Greeley so I don’t know how they stay open.

This place use to be good but their carry out sucks now. When you call a order to go you don’t talk to someone in the store there people are in another location so if you have to fix a order you can’t cause you are on hold for over 40min. They need to answer the phone & take orders at yhe location you call not from another place

First time I have ordered from here in years. Now I know why. Not much flavor and the pasta was very dry. Surprised it didn’t have more sauce. They were quick with getting our order to us and the delivery driver was great.

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your store. After receiving a text stating that my order was ready, I waited nearly 20 more minutes at the location. During this time, I witnessed one of the workers — a young man responsible for cutting pizzas — stop mid-task to pull out his phone and text or scroll for roughly eight minutes.
By the time I received my food, it was cold, stale, and completely unappetizing.
I contacted the store and spoke with both Armando and the General Manager, who assured me a refund would be processed. It’s now been over 10 days, and I have yet to see any resolution.
Additionally, the professionalism of your staff is severely lacking. One employee, in particular, was dressed in a way that was both distracting and inappropriate for a food service environment. Presentation and hygiene matter, especially when handling food.
Pizza Hut used to be a name I trusted for quality and service. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a major decline in both. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I urge you to address these ongoing issues at this location.

We tried to dine in at 8pm on a Friday. The website says the dine in doesnt close until 10:30p. We got there and the chairs were already stacked up and the lady that came up to the front said the dining room was closed already….

BEWARE, they use DoorDash to delivery sometimes which means anyone can be handling your food. Pizza Hut does not do anything to prevent tampering! They do not tape the pizza box, for example. good pizza but I recommend you do carry out. I ordered a pizza expecting a pizza delivery person but they sent a random person and they forgot the drink I paid for. Not gonna make a big deal out of it so I lost $3. This doesn’t usually happen with pizza delivery drivers. the door dash excuse? they didn’t hand him a drink instead of just, IDK, looking at the receipt to make sure they got everything. I feel like a pizza driver would have. I don’t necessarily blame the particular door dasher but if I had known that Pizza Hut sometimes has door dashers do orders, I would not have ordered. I know some door dashers are nice but some might have malicious intent! You never know. Pizza Hut should disclose this!!!!

Terrible experience for our first time trying this location. Pizza was horribly made crust was way to thick and under cooked inside. Garlic bread was over baked as well. Not sure it’s worth giving this place another in the future. Next think we’ll be a little more proactive and go to little ceaser’s.
