The food was wrapped together in foil wrapper looked as if it had been dropped as the shell was all busted. When asking to speak to manager the gal stated I am the manager, so I asked why food was prepared and showed into one wrapper instead of separately she stated because that’s how I wanted to do it and shut the window. This location is horrible and the second experience was not better sane gal at the window and food tasted like oven cleaner. We will not be back. Lesson learned

Came in at the same time as another gentleman. I went to the kiosk and the man waited at the counter where he was ignored for several minutes. He then made it to the kiosk to place his order (large one, as though he ordered for an office. They should’ve taken him at the counter for that). I placed my family’s order at the kiosk. I ordered from both the Taco Bell and KFC menus. The kiosk doesn’t print receipts for whatever reason so THANKFULLY I had it text to my phone. Got the order and it wasn’t correct, and they forgot the KFC item. When a worker finally came to the counter to see what I needed I said they missed the KFC meal. The manager on duty told her loudly “I made that order I already made it. There was no KFC, I don’t have the ticket for it.” The girl told her I used the kiosk and the manager came over looking at me confused. I said “I did order KFC, and there is no receipt prints per the kiosk BUT here it is on my phone.” And I showed the order. She the quietly had the girl make my order. I was nice with the girl but the manager was arrogant by defending herself for completing the order when she never checked. The food was subpar, and I didn’t bother going back to tell them one of the meals was incorrect only because they threw in an extra small burrito which I just accepted to replace the missing chalupa. I just won’t visit this location again.

I have eaten at this Taco Bell/KFC many times. I normally stick to the KFC half since it’s harder to mess up. The last couple times we came in here they always mess up when we order Taco Bell. Any time my wife ordered a burrito custom whether that was no lettuce, tomato, or queso sauce, etc….all her food would come to the table with everything on it like they didn’t even read the ticket just read what kind of taco it was. They would mess up some of my stuff as well. I only gave the atmosphere a 5 Star because I can say that the dining room was taken care of and it was really quiet when we would go.

Picked this up one evening on my way home from work, ordered a crunch wrap combo with Baja and two orders of cinnamon twists for my wife and a discovery box with a pepsi and an order of dipping burritos with cheese for myself. Took about 30 minutes in the drive through just to get home to find there was only one order of cinnamon twists that tasted like chemicals and two things of dipping burritos, no cheese, no side taco for the crunch wrap combo.

I came to pick up an Uber Eats order and there was an employee smoking outside. She told me I had to go to the drive-thru, and when I got there, she told me the order wasn’t ready. This means that while she has work to do, she’s outside smoking during work hours. The general manager should talk to his employees about how important customer service is. Furthermore, the employee didn’t have a good attitude; she slammed her hand on the register. She’s not obligated to work there, and if she doesn’t value her job, there are many other people who need it and would appreciate it.

Thought I would give it a try again since I hadn’t been for a minute They’ve messed up yet again as usual I don’t understand youd think they’d have more respect for the military families on this post to make our food correctly since that’s where they work And they usually are military families themselves wouldn’t be an issue. I understand that theyre doing the best they can with their lobby closed right now, but yall forgot the chicken chalupa I ordered, I should have checked, but was in a rush to get home so my kid could pee, but also no one picks up your phone so I could make you guys aware of the error, I could drive back, but why waste the gas. Yall need to slow down and double check to make sure everything that was ordered is actually in the bag.

This place is extremely slow when processing orders, especially for doordash orders. Orders never come with a receipt affixed to the bag. Bags are not sealed to prevent tampering and neither are the drinks. There is never anyone up front to assist dashers, their excuse is lack of staff. Corporate/franchise owners needs to address this issue.

Donate even deserve a star the person in the drive though and order food and he/ she just Kept asking if I was done with my order, and kept cutting me off before I could finish my order. Also when I got my food more then half of my items looked liked it was sitting in the dumpster and they just warmed it up. Also when I got my food most of it was cold and hard. Don’t recommend this store and would like the store to get new staffing.
