Chaffee’s Brewhouse is a little bar located in the heart of the downtown historical district of Tipp City, Ohio. Our goal is to provide craft beer and cocktails, wine, and mocktails in an inviting and completely renovated space within the Chaffee’s Opera House building, a structure that was built in 1867 and still retains the original charm and history of years past.

The food here is beer with a selection of other drinks. There is a lunch menu, but Eeyroe doesn’t do lunch.
Great beers on tap. Wine and other drinks as well. Nice place to relax. The gals that work here are super friendly. Good place to chat with locals and other random people just passing through. Worth a stop if in the area.

Edit: I totally understand why just having pregnancy cravings and sadly nowhere in town offers them. We have 3 coffee shops. Would love to see a change in the future. See you in the summer!

Had the pleasure of going my first time at their 5 year anniversary. Cozy, yet spacious indoors and a very nice outdoor patio. Nice variety of beer offerings and other beverages. Great, friendly staff!

Tipp City is lucky to have Chafee’s! We live in town so it was a frequent DORA stop for us since opening, but the coffee was a great addition and, being right on our daily walking route, makes for a nice stop many weekday mornings. We have really enjoyed getting to know the owners and the staff, all of whom have been excellent. Their ever expanding food menu is impressive also!

My friend and I was there Saturday bad experience we were going to have lunch around 1:00 the girl took our order after we made up our mind she was not friendly at all ! We were there 2 days before and had a lovely time with the waitress and owner very friendly ! I had my new puppy in my carry on both times the owner let us eat there and talked with us for about an hour enjoyed! Saturday the girl let us read the menu and we was putting our order in after she let us stand for 10 minutes my friend sat down and the waitress said is your dog a service dog I said no she said we had to leave very rude! We left and come back and was going to ask if we could sit outside which she did not offer and on top of it she had no customers and would not come out to find out why we were back . I understand rules but since we were there 2 days before nothing was said . I really think she sould have said something when we came in.she let me place order and then told we had to leave

Late night Monday visit with my friends. Fun, clean bar area with clear tap list. Many rooms and places to sit! Super fun spot for a quick drink or hang out for a while!
Restrooms were clean. Patio area was cold but will be super fun in the warmer days!

The ladies who work the bar and are the front people of the store are absolutely fantastic and the sweetest people you can meet. Incredibly hard working but while I was sitting in the back next to the kitchen I heard the boss back there screaming at his employees. I’ve heard many many complaints about him from many different customers and it sure does check out. He sounds miserable and incredibly hard to work for I feel bad for the girls working there. Very unprofessional on his end.
