Worker interaction was great. Everybody was pleasant and fast. Food looks like people took turns jumping on it. Hard to eat while tring to drive your biscuit is in pieces.

This location likes to tell you to pull to the first window and then you have to sit there for almost 15 minutes for everybody to acknowledge that you’re even there and then when you get frustrated you moved to the second window just to see them just standing around, not doing anything, hoping that we’ll just go away. It was a $30 order. They just missed out on because they don’t want to do nothing. Sad day in the Burger King world. This store has always been a nightmare for others. Gotta do better.

Upon going through the drive-thru and getting my food was held at the speaker until cars were moving from the window indicating they were serving the food before taking orders. Not only that but when I get my chicken sandwich and its somewhat dry, overcooked and taste like the fryers have not been changed in a week. I used to be a manager here and I know what these chicken sandwiches are supposed to look like and taste and this is absolutely horrid. This chicken sandwich has no chicken taste whatsoever it tastes like pure grease.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday at 5pm and it took 25 minutes to get to the window. There were only 5 cars in front of me and 2 of them gave up and pulled away before they got to the menu. The service is horrible now and I will not go back. It’s a shame because I really enjoy the food.

One of the worst BKs for service. Get ready for 15 min wait times in the drive through and you’d be lucky to get anyone to greet you at the counter in under 10 min. I’ve tried to get a Whopper from this spot 4x over the last 6 months and each time left without ordering.

Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, onion rings and bbq sauce (rodeo with cheese basically) got 2 cold “whoppers” with 1 onion ring each and no sauce or cheese when i got home less than 2 blocks away to open the bag after waiting about 5 min in the window for an online pick up.

This is one of the worse BK to go to. No one has any manger experience and multiple times ive been and they are out of mustard, mayo and now on 9/5/2025 they ran out of sausages. Like how you run out of sausages with it being the #1 seller? There’s only one reason and thats incompetency. Someone isn’t doing their job and checking supplies. It’s not hard when you only have 1 box left you order more and not wait to order when you ran out. BURGER KING DO BETTER

4/13/2024 @ 11PM – This location has been getting worse and worse the longer it is open. Dbl Whopper w/bacon & cheese, NO tomatoe, No Pickle, light mayo, ketchup and mustard is what I asked for, along with a lrg Sprite and half fries half onion rings. Didn’t even realize the receipt didn’t show the modifications I asked for on the meal. Fries and rings were luke warm at best, and I ate those on the drive home! The burger was missing the bacon, had several tomatoes and was completely drenched in mayo and ketchup. And the Sprite has a soapy disinfectant taste to it! WTH?! NOT what I asked for! Was already 10 to midnight by the time I discovered the screw up. The place would have been closed long before I could get back to have them correct it. This location really is going down hill. Be better off ordering from McDonalds.

This location has been an eye sore for years in our beloved town of Hazel Green. The quality of food has been terrible. The lobby is hardly ever open and when it is, it is disgusting. I tried to order but the menu was broken. THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE AMERICAN FLAG FLYING. As a veteran, this is extremely offensive and I haven’t been back since. Owner/employees obviously don’t take pride in their building or their product. 🙁
