It probably took 30 minutes in the drive through just to then, have to return because the fries were missing. The happy meal was barely warm. It took another good 20 minutes just to get the fries after going in to get them.. service was ridiculously slow AND there was no changing table in the bathrooms!!

Horrible. I asked for a double cooked patty. It was so charred and dry I almost threw my $14 in the trash. The cashier put onion rings ON my sandwich. All I asked for, was a SIDE of Onion Rings. Why the hayul would I want onion rings (cold as iCE) on my burger. The tea was so sweet, I almost went into a diabetic coma. Horrible.

Jan 16th I went through the drive through around 9pm. There BK worker yelling on his cell phone outside. I pulled around to the drive thru and no one acknowledged we were even there. I could faintly hear arguing through the speaker. I waited, said hello a couple of times and nothing. Ended up having to go elsewhere after a long drive and just wanted to get some food.

We had a great experience in the drive through here- the woman who took our order was so kind and had such a nice and genuine way about her. I’m not sure of her name, but my daughter and I went on 12/30 at about 11:30AM!

Not sure why I stopped here. No one in drive thru, asked to pull around to get food which took 15 minutes. Not even busy….and it was just a happy meal.

Chantal took my order, a man with braids handed me the freezing cold snack wrap in a ripped bag…are y’all serious about this ridiculous service!?? They can’t even do the bare minimum! (2/13/24)
I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich meal, asked them to MAKE IT FRESH but they give me a chicken sandwich that tasted horrible. Like it had just been heated up instead. The lettuce wasn’t fresh either, it was all brown. Won’t be coming to this location again because their food tastes horrible & the women who work there always have an attitude as well!

I ordered lunch from burger King and they used door dash. They said they delivered it. But I did not see it anywhere and i look all over. I tried calling BK no answer and the door dash Susan said it was delivery and stop responding to my text because she would not answer. BK refused to refund my money back. Someone 5 hrs found my lunch at the back door of the company. It’s a big company and we dont use the back door.

Food is decent, but took forever to take our order even tho there was no line and nobody in the drive thru. Slowest Burger King we have EVER BEEN TO. Seems more like a chill spot than a place of business. Can only blame management tho
