me and my family have been eating at Mr.G’s since i was a kid, i am now 26 years old! we’ve always really liked this place! yesterday i decided to try something new which was the Cheese Calazone with a side Caesar salad and they were both really delicious the Calazone comes with marinara sauce but i personally didn’t use it because it tasted good without it in my opinion! the customer service here was very good! really nice and inviting people working here! our food did take about 20 minutes to come out but that was because they had to make my Calazone fresh so i dont really have a complaint about that. overall me and my family had a wonderful experience! aside from italian food, they have really good chicken tenders and wings as well !!

Grilled chicken Caesar salad, 13.50, comes with very little chicken, enough parm, the croutons you have to crunch apart yourself, and if you like your salad with dressing you have to order extra. The chicken is whats boggling me. Diced in little chunks to look like more.

Mr. G’s is a solid spot and definitely worth checking out. The food is consistently good, portions are satisfying, and the overall vibe is relaxed and enjoyable. Service is friendly, and it’s a great place for a casual meal. Not quite perfect, but very close—easy 4 stars and a place I’d happily return to.

I finally chose to go here because my friend had been here before and thought it was good. I didn’t know what to expect. When you walk in, there is no one to greet you. We walked over to the cash register where someone was waiting to take our order. The menu is printed on paper and there was a chalkboard with today’s special written on it. There is no table service other than when they bring your food to you. Today’s special was lasagne and salad for $13.95. I ordered the baked ziti. It only comes with garlic bread, so I added a salad. I did not order a drink, but was given a foam cup and charged $2.40 for it anyway. We both tried the old fashioned lemonade. It was nothing special. The food came about five minutes later. The salads arrived with the meal. The salad was good, but there were too many carrot sticks in it and not enough tomato. It was primarily iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, and carrot sticks. The salad had two pieces of toasted bread of some sort that was hard enough to break your teeth if you tried to bite it. The lasagna was awful. My friend didn’t like it. I tried a bite and there was no flavor. It was like noodles and maybe some ricotta cheese. You couldn’t taste any meat. The sauce was served on both sides of it and was watery. My ziti was good. It had a little spice to it and you could taste the meat. I was afraid that it was going to be all cheese, but I’m glad it wasn’t. A loaf of garlic bread came with both entrees. It was soft and flavorful. If all you wanted was salad and garlic bread or ziti, this would have been the place. I won’t be returning because I could spend the same $40 at Olive Garden and have table service and more quality food for the price. It just wasn’t worth it.

The lasagna is great, the salad “Mr G’s Special Salad” is really good. I just tried the wings for the first time and I’m not impressed at all!!! Asked for “hot” and there is really no sauce on them at all! They are over fried and small! For $6.75 for 6 wings you should be getting a great product but not in this case. Really good food at this place (steer away from the wings) and have been going there for 20yrs now and this is the first time I was disappointed.

I don’t recommend eating here. My partner ordered his lasagna and decided to get a box for our food halfway through the meal. The music was lame and constantly shutting off and on. I had fettuccine and it tasted like it was right out of a jar.

My first time wartime at this restaurant but will definitely be back!! Good food and very large portioned!! The bread that comes with the lasagna Ava spaghetti was delicious!! If you like your tea sweet as I do mine, then it’s perfect for you! Prices are also good.
