I went in about 40 minutes before closing last night, and the folks working were so sweet! They were able to help me with some loaves of bread and a delicious scone, and since they were close to close I got some extra love from them. Love this location and hope to see them again soon!

I visited at 4:45 pm on 11/1 and the place is relatively empty. We ordered from the Kiosk and went to pick up are cups at the counter and the girl told us she would get them for us and proceeded to wait on a customer that walked in the door whilewe were standing there. She was really abrasive with her tone. Another employee told us we would have to get them pick up window with quit a bit of attitude. We waited patiently at the window and she finally came back to the window and proceeded to do other things like we were not there. She finally got to giving our drink cups and gave to wrong ones even though there was only 1 order on the screen. My wife asked for the correct cup and she gave the correct one with an unfriended look on her face. I said thank you and proceeded to take our order to the table. The place was extremely dirty with stuff on the floor and tables. I wiped off our table and we ate and left as quick as possible. I would not recommend this location. It is low class in a high class area.

Always a favorite for soup, salad, sandwiches, tea and coffee or a favorite drink. Need to keep the areas clean until closing times, I’ve noticed that it was messy around 8pm. Didn’t have to wait that long, about five minutes after placing order. Very good prices on meals.

The team at Panera in Cool Springs is incredible! They are so friendly and go out of their way to make every experience enjoyable. Anastasia and Patrick stand out as they are so kind and helpful! The food is great but the people/team who work there and their service is even better.

Love this place….clean excellent service….good location, large parking lot. You can eat inside or out as well. Very well managed. Their soups awesome…my personal fav Broccoli cheddar soup, and Avocado melt chicken sandwich. The English tea and their kettle cooked chips……muah. Sorry half way remembered to take the pics….lol. Try it once and you’ll go back again and again and again.

AWFUL!!!!! This was a complete waste of money. I ordered a large vanilla latte and got half a cup of coffee in it. Then I ordered a hot chicken buffalo sandwich that has itty-bitty pieces of shredded chicken with one piece of red onion and a teaspoon of sauce on an oversize piece of bread. Super dry no flavor. The chicken looks like they scraped the bottom of the container to put onto my sandwich that cost $9.79 and then the Caesar salad Was a joke. It was lettuce $6.19 that I could have gotten at a fast food place but probably better quality I will never ever ever go to Panera again because what they show on the TV AD is nothing like what they serve you in person.!!!!! If you’re going to advertise then make sure the people who come into your store are getting exactly what your ad advertising which is freshness and quality. Epic failure and I really would like my $23 back.

I ordered online and an order that should’ve taken maybe 7 minutes took like 17 minutes. I get places are under staffed but that is a tad bit ridiculous if you ask me. Also!!!!!!! It gets worse… I ordered a breakfast item that was originally a sandwich but asked for it to be in a bowl and leave off the bread since I’m Keto. This is what they gave me. Absolutely disgusting! The chicken was thrown into the bowl and the cheese and avocado was all melted together waded up in this gooey mess. Like, really?! This took 17 minutes?
