The food tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and kind. There is not much room for seating, but they are very accommodating and do their best to find spots for bigger groups. The restaurant was clean and decorated very cute. I think they’ll be a good addition to Saginaw.

I’ve ordered from this location 3 different times now. The food is fresh and yummy, but unfortunately 2 out of 3 times I haven’t received what I’ve ordered. Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve requested the white garlic bread for my sandwich, but so far I’ve only actually had it on my sandwich once. 2 out of 3 orders being wrong is not great.The first time the mistake happened I figured maybe they just misheard me (despite the cashier repeating my order back to me correctly) so I dismissed it, this second time it happened I placed my order ahead of time online to try and avoid any human error…unfortunately the result is that again, I did not receive my garlic bread. I truly do not understand why this keeps happening, and what bothers me most is that I’m being up-charged for the garlic bread but not receiving it. Disappointing, I don’t know how many more chances I’ll give this place if this keeps happening, at least I know not to order the garlic bread and at least then I’ll get what I asked for…

I just wanted to send kudos to the 2 people working last night (January 26th). It was our second snow day in DFW but they were still at their job working hard. They were very sweet and apologetic for taking longer than expected, but everyone understood the circumstance. Every experience I’ve had here has been great when it came to service. People come back because you hire good people that work hard!

This restaurant just opened recently. My husband and I had a fantastic dinner here tonight! Fries are a new thing for the restaurant chain as a whole; they came out crispier than any other fries I’ve had at a fast food place! The Engineer is my favorite sandwich, and they did a great job. All around, 5 stars, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!
