I ordered a 12″ Ultimate BMT sandwich & other items, in person, in the store yesterday, to go. I was greeted as soon as I came in, ordered right away, all items I liked & asked for were in stock & quickly served, as I requested. I felt I received good value, great service in a clean friendly store. The two ladies working were very proficient, polite, helpful & invited customers back as we paid. I’ll definitely return.

I always order the same foot long sandwich online and come to pick it up. But every time corporate has a special on foot-longs this store refuses to honor it. Can’t just click to repeat my order and get an error. So I quit going there at all for a month or two each time they do this. Not impressed.

My partner and I ordered 2 footings online with double protein on both of them. When we got them home we found that both sandwiches had less meat than would be on a regular 6” so I called them. I talked to the employee who argued saying I hadn’t paid for the double protein. When I pulled up the receipt and clarified that I had he then admitted he had only been there a couple weeks and that the other guy working was “acting” manager (note when I called I asked for the manager and was told there wasn’t one).

When the other employee got on the phone I asked if he was the manager to which he said yes and that his name was Austin. I told him the issue and that I could not come back that night but would be there later that week to get the order replaced to which he said “no problem.”

Today I went in, literally the next day, and the employee working had no idea what I was talking about and said she would have to text her manager Sarah. I was polite and waited. After about 15 minutes the manager texted back with the receipt, so she was well aware of the issue. She told the woman working that I would not be getting the sandwiches replaced and that in order for me to even get a discount on anything I would have to come back when she was there.

From former incidences I knew the manager is rarely if ever there. This is about the 3 time our order was messed up and the second time we were told it would be replaced yet never was. It is not my job to track down a manager when their employees mess up an order. I will not be back, and judging by how empty their dining area is every time I’m there they can’t afford to lose customers.

Came in after a soccer game at 8;15 with hungry kids. Store is posted to close at 9. Employees were incredibly rude and whispering to one another the entire time. Then we were checking out and they told us we couldn’t eat there because they were closing at 8:20, and we would have to leave even if we weren’t done. We took it to go, but we live 30 minutes away so warm sandwiches were no longer warm. Kids were mad. It was overall a bad experience.

Gentleman who helped me out seemed to be the owner. The location had been for over 2 hours but the toaster wasn’t on so he microwaved my sandwich, then barely put any toppings on (and they were not fresh either) and then didn’t know his own products. I would ask for something, and he would say they didn’t have it when I saw it in front of him. Also didn’t allow me to get my rewards points because he didn’t know how to work his own system. No apology on his end, very short and disinterested in me as well. Will never be giving this location my business again.

Oh, and he was not wearing a mask..

Ordered 7 sandwiches and only received 6. All the sandwiches were made completely wrong. This establishment is horrible. It actually at one time was nice but now it’s horrible, the employees don’t know their sandwiches or even care to listen clearly to even attempt to make the sandwich the way you ordered it. I’m sure they could care less but this will be the last time we enter this establishment.
