The cook tonight at 7pm was rude and shouldn’t be working at this awesome location. The 2 high school kids were doing excellent customer service. They kept asking how long until the food was ready. Cook states loudly for me (customer) to hear, “stop asking for updates, food will be ready when I let you know”. Totally unprofessional!! Hope this cook lady tonight 2/22 is talked too.

Went through the drive through for lunch and ordered the new Deluxe Bacon and Cheese Stackburger and an order of onion rings. Wait at the window has been a bit lengthy. Cashier made up for it by giving our pup a dog treat and a free Dilly Bar! Was very unexpected and an extremely nice gesture. Burgers had two different cheeses, three beef patties, and were far larger than expected! Beef had a nice char but, were just a bit dry. Still far better than I expected. Latest visit was indoors and was EXTREMELY SLOW!!! We waited over 15 minutes for a simple burger and fries order for two. There was NOBODY in drive-thru OR in the dining area! Adjusted my review accordingly!!

I spend a lot of money here. Me and my family of 7 eat here maybe once a month. But the last 2 visits our blizzards have been BARE. We don’t buy your $7 meal deals but full on meals and blizzards so paying $100+ and having 4 pieces of cookie dough in a blizzard sucks. The picture below is supposed to be a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. it was just ice cream with an accidental scoop of chips more so. This has happened twice now. My brother went back the first time and they remade it but we shouldn’t have to keep coming back for these errors. And the girl working drove through kind of had a snassy attitude. Didn’t let me grab a hold of the 2 drink trays properly and let go and it almost flew out the window. (she was the black young girl) then sat there and she looked at me and said “can I help you?” Yea is the order out the window and your done handing me items?” Like thanks for letting me know we’re good

They couldn’t get an order right if it saved their lives. The last five orders we’ve had something has been wrong. So if you don’t mind never having a correct order by all means

3-8-2026 figured what the heck they couldn’t mix up a peanut butter parfait right? What do you all think? Maybe a total of one squirt in the whole thing….wow….if I wanted chocolate ice cream, that’s what I would have ordered. I wanted ice cream, fudge, and peanuts, so that is what I ordered and got this crud instead.

First off, the two blizzards we ordered came out maybe 3/4 full. We asked about it and the worker said that’s just how it is and was completely unhelpful. Finally he took them and just added vanilla ice cream to the top.
Next, the blizzards were incredibly runny. By the time we got home it was almost like soup.
The worst part, though, was finding a strand of hair in the blizzard, as shown in this picture.
Grew up coming here for years…not sure if ownership has changed or what, but I would never return again based on this experience.

I ordered through doordash which was listed to have come from this restaurant location. The food I received was absolutely disgusting. The fries were completely stale – not even just cold, literally stale like they were cooked yesterday and left room temp overnight. The gravy cup was only 1/3 full and had congealed like jelly to the sides of the cup. And they didn’t include the toast at all in the chicken strip basket. The chicken was also stale, but still somewhat warm unlike the fries. I know it wasn’t my dasher’s fault because I saw on my map that it took less than 10 minutes to get from the store to my house. Thankfully I got credit back for the meal, but I will never make the mistake of ordering food online from here again.

Hands down the worst DQ experience tonight. My husband and I usually love this location and frequent it often. My dipped cone was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever had. The chocolate was incredibly chunky. The chocolate was running down the cone, and the napkin was stuck to it so to eat my cone I had to eat the napkin. When I actually got to the cone it was SO stale. I could hardly chew it and ended up tossing it. I forgot to mention the staff was an absolute mess and just didn’t seem to be working. I’m really sad because I love this location and the manager always seemed to be great and on top of it.
