The app is not correct! It lets you order spicy chicken sandwich but when you get there, they do not have any AND will not substitute for anything edible.. They don’t have any spicy chicken at all anymore according to the rude woman working the drive through. There’s no way to cancel your order through the app after you leave the drive through line because the RUDE worker says you have to. This forces you to go back through the drive through where the same woman yells “I don’t know how the app works!” Then angrily gives you a weird chicken wrap stuffed with pickles and a mystery sauce that I really hope isn’t saliva. It is no longer a mystery why all of the Hardee’s are closing in the area. Wasted an hour and $25.

Was not given options on my fries or there size or if I wish to get a double is single on my sandwich had to ask when I got to the window what did she give me I thought they stopped giving options on the fries and burger maybe cause I didn’t do a meal possibly I sat and the drive through waiting for my food for 10 minutes for it to be cold at 2 AM I know you are not pre-cooking orders shaking my head terrible service

I dined in. I got the chicken wraps, and they were fresh. Good food! The workers didn’t seem to care to be there. No smiles. The restaurant as a whole needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I went into the men’s room and was disgusted. Come on. You can replace some toilet seats and clean! If you own or manage this store, you should be ashamed knowing people go in the restrooms. It’s not a good sign seeing all of the Hardee’s closing across the US, and there’s no pride taking care of this one. Maybe that’s why it’s dead here. Workers don’t care because ownership doesn’t care.
