Order through Uber eats. Food cold. No utensils for Mac and cheese. The sandwich didn’t have any of the toppings on it. No cheese, no crispy onions. Just a tired peace of lettuce. With all that being said, chicken is actually seasoned and cooked well but when I don’t even have the basic utensils to eat, that’s a problem.

For my first time I gotta say it was an incredible experience! Food was hot and full of flavor, the staff were super nice and made me feel welcomed. Super clean! I didn’t have to wait long enough for my food. A lot of natural lighting and open atmosphere, including a covered area to eat outside.

Slim Chickens served up some finger-lickin’ goodness! The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful—absolutely top-notch! The fries were decent, but nothing to write home about, and the toast? Pretty forgettable.
As for the sauces, it was a mixed bag. The Slim Sauce didn’t win me over, but the Mango Habanero had a sweet heat that hit just right! ️ The Spicy BBQ was okay, but the real kicker was the Korean BBQ—way spicier than expected, but if you like it hot, it’ll knock your socks off! ️
Overall, the food’s worth the trip, especially for the chicken, but the sides and sauces could use a little love. Still, Slim Chickens gets a solid 4 stars from me! ✨

Ordered through Instacart. I did not receive the purchased food for my friend & I. The franchise slim chickens stated they could not offer a refund. Instacart response is in the pics att to this review as they could not offer a refund either. Karlos, the driver did not walk down to my apt, he asked if my apt was near the pool with no water, I told him no to walk away from the pool towards the east side of the Putnam Villas housing section he then responded that he couldn’t find the apartment and I received the message in the pics. This took place in September 2025.

I always get great service at this location. My family and I split several items and they were all really delicious. They have several sauces to choose from and some dry rubs as well. Tony is awesome! He was super nice and professional. Came to check on us several times. Can’t beat this type of service! Its getting harder to find! Thanks again!

Slim Chickens has the best chicken and choice of sauces that I’ve found anywhere. Mango Habanero and Spicy Red Chili tenders and sandwiches are my fave. My wife likes the wings. Highly recommend. Only downside is it sometimes takes awhile to be prepared, but worth it.

First time here and it was nice experience. Came with the family and the cashier, Fernando, was very polite and helpful with menu selections. The chicken was hella fresh and my 11 month old ate the mac and cheese up! We will be coming back!
