This was an amazing find for a lunch. Staff was awesome and helpful – he made sure we were aware of a lunch deal we had missed and clearly communicated the wait time for the chicken. The chicken cutlet and its wait time is sooo worth it! It’s going to fill up a pizza box, so be sure to plan to share or bring a lot of it home.
The rice rolls were substantial with fantastic basic toppings and you can choose to add more. They and the crab Rangoon were the best I’ve had in a very long while.

I went to the food hall this week with a large group of coworkers for dinner. Most of them had burgers and fries. I wanted to stay on the more healthy route. After making two laps around the food hall, I settled on the Taiwan night market. I had the veggie rice noodle roll on the pick three menu, then added the pancake scallion and fried shrimp wonton. Everything was delicious would highly recommend as a healthy option around some very not so healthy options.

One of the best places I’ve been to. The food offering is a perfect blend where it’s super authentic and also welcomes people from different cultures. Rice noodles are perfect, texture, taste, combination, you name it. Pizza-sized fried chicken, literally bigger than my face, yet I was able to finish it all, it’s that good. Best curry chicken I’ve had in North America, and I’ve traveled a lot. Did I mention the owner is so kind, helpful, and charismatic? If you’re around, you gotta stop by and try.

I ordered milk shaved ice with red beans. It was good. But it’s not “to die for” kind of good.
I’ll try other savory food next time.

Stopped by here to specifically try their rice noodle rolls. I was n9t disappointed. I had the shrimp and it was fresh, quick and delicious. Better than some other restaurants I tried in the past. Counter clerk was also very nice. Place was a bit quieter than what I was used to but it made it easier and quicker to park, order and then get my order. Very satisfied.

The most authentic Taiwanese flavor I’ve found in Connecticut! It really brings back memories — I haven’t had this taste in such a long time.

Most delicious authentic Shrimp rice rolls (the best roll choice) paired with Taiwanese chicken poppers with a rich creamy sauce along with the most juiciest pork dumplings (There’s. Chicken option too) and the savory sauce you dip it in, I personally dip the dumplings in my rice roll sauce with extra chili oil to get the most packed bite! I always get the peach butterfly pea tea no pearls just ice the most refreshing drink with a bit of sweetness perfect to wash down the love I have for extra chili oil. I would also recommend getting the scallion pancake’s 10/10. The sweet old man and paired with his son and his wife makes this one of the best little family owned shops I’ve come across.

Taiwan Night Market is a great spot for a casual night out. The food is tasty, especially the dumplings and bao buns. The prices are fair for the portions, and the atmosphere is lively and fun. It can get crowded, but that’s just part of the experience!

OMG!!! Soooo good. Freshly made rice rolls. I loved the shrimp one. Shrimps had a snap to them and tasted like shrimps, not cardboard. It’s like I’m back in the old country. Shaved ice was another nostalgic trip. The owners are very friendly.
