I wanted to thank your evening employee’s Anthony, Yazmin and Joaquin for being so helpful and kind whenever I go to the drive thru just for a quick soda or a small snack to keep me fueled through the night. It’s a wonderful little break I take during the night while I work endlessly on contracts and emails and seeing their kind faces is something I look forward to. Where to start… Ok so I did a online order prior to coming to avoid the wait. I arrived 9 mins early and the employee looks at me and turns around to continue working without saying anything word. 2mins later 2 males walk in and he greets them and takes their order. I stared him down and he says ” Oh do you need help?” As if he didn’t see me standing here the entire time.I explained i had an online order, he said I had to wait and walked away. 7 mins later the 2 guys were called about their food while I stayed close to the counter. 3 mins later I seen the guy go in the walk in frig to pull out a tortilla and I said I know hes not just now making my order . Mins later I see him put a bag on the counter and walk away. No name called no order number nothing. I just so happed to walkup and it was my order. I got my food and as I open it I noticed the food is cold, sloppy, and horrible. I’ll never be back here again.

Stopped by for a quick bite with an empty drive-thru and thought I’d be in and out… but nope. As soon as a few cars pulled in, I was left waiting inside for 15 minutes, watching my food sit there getting cold while six other cars were served. When I asked why, the staff said they prioritize the drive-thru over walk-in customers—even though I was the only one inside! Unbelievable. It’s clear the management here needs a serious wake-up call. Not the kind of experience I’d recommend .

Bought the spicy chicken sandwich, the fillet was extremely dry and stringy. Overcooked and was obviously sitting in the warmer for quite a while as it was barely lukewarm. When the employee asked if I wanted cheese I said no but she must have thought I said yes. (I can’t fault her for that because I glanced at the order screen and confirmed the order was correct). I also ordered a combo without mustard for my son and had to remind her twice that I didn’t want mustard on it. The hamburger was great but the chicken was inedible.

Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl combo from drive thru. Never will I ever again!! I asked for no meat because they notoriously have rubbery meat. I also asked for no sauce and ended up with a bowl of white rice. What kind of absolute nonsense is this? They don’t even answer their phone so that I can get resolution. Boo JBX just Boo.
It took my physically going into the location to resolve this situation. Unfortunately even with several attempts at communication I had to go out of my way to resolve this. I still love your egg rolls and shakes. Hand to head in disbelief
