It’s getting rare I give a good review. That said, I have nothing but extreme compliments for my late night to go sandwich tonight. Placed phone order for to go Italian hot sandwich. Order taken easily and was almost ready on early pick up. Leland (?) Was finishing my sandwich. What a culinary artist! The way he finished, cut and packaged my sandwich was above par. Give this man a raise!! Sandwich itself was awesome. Crispy on the outside, good quality bread, LOADED with everything, no skimping. Hot and perfect when I got home. The place was clean and well staffed. F subway, I’m getting all my sandwich here from now on.

Very nostalgic. Grew up eating here, met my husband here. The pizza is definitely a favorite of ours, especially the taco pizza! Salad bar is great too. Delivery is nice. Never had a bad experience witg staff or anything. Love this place.

They delivered my pizza to a totally different apartment building and a stranger brought me my pizza. My receipt had my name, address, and phone number. When I called the manager spoke rudely to me, did not apologize, blamed the stranger for taking my food, and dared to say it was not their fault. I have eaten here for years despite some other mishaps in the past as well as the quality of the food not matching the high prices. The manager also acted like I o er reacted when I said it was not cool a stranger now has my personal info. I will never order here again. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else but Abbys.

I have ordered from here many times and most went without issue. But tonight my order was delivered to the wrong house and when I called in they blamed the house for accepting it and not their driver for delivering it wrong. No apology was given and I was treated like I was upset over nothing despite my recipt containing my name, adress, and phone number which was seen by the stranger.

Every time I visit this location, my pizza order is incorrect. I ordered a half pepperoni and country bacon, and half Lone Star BBQ chicken with no pineapple. However, the pepperoni half was missing the country bacon, and the Lone Star BBQ chicken not only lacked the garlic but also had pineapple, which I had specifically requested to be omitted. While I was able to pick off the pineapple, the real issue was the unpleasant mustard BBQ sauce on the Lone Star pizza. Nothing about mustard BBQ sauce feels like it aligns with the “Lone Star” name. To make matters worse, I was charged significantly more than the listed online price.

They seemed stressed. They were closing at 7:00 p.m. due to a staffing shortage. We went there looking to hang out. We were informed that we needed to do take out. Overall still satisfied came home and had a nice Pizza dinner.
