The reviews for this place were spot on. The donuts are fried to a beautiful golden crisp right in front of you and then dressed however you requested. Warm fresh and delicious. It’s definitely a popular place as it was crowded but lines move fast. My husband who has a major sweet tooth ordered the death by chocolate and of course I had to try a bite. It is so rich and sweet chocolatey perfection but hubby actually could only make it through half. I however chose the smores which was not only delicious but beautiful as well. Topped with chocolate, crumbled graham cracker and a large roasted marshmallow and the cake donut itself is warm and fresh, I finished the whole thing and left no crumbs behind.

Nice donut shop. They make every donut to order so it takes a while, but it’s fun to watch them make your order, and the donuts are warm when you get them. The donuts themselves are very good: soft, moist, and cakey. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they have a bunch of outlets for people looking for a place to get some work done. It’s pretty quiet most of the time, but they get rushes where it can get loud.

First of all, if you like donuts even remotely, this is a must visit donut shop which I am confident you will compare all other donuts against. The owner has perfected making donuts with varied flavor profiles that always come out amazing.

The donuts are made fresh to order, so if you can sit and enjoy it please do. You will not regret it. It does take a few minutes because of this to get your donut but the owner is a wonderful man to chat with. He really made a great donut into an amazing experience.

Our only regret is that we didn’t get one of each donut while we were visiting Santa fe, but at least we have a very good reason to come back!

This place is everything. We actually debated moving to Santa Fe for these donuts. The seasonal October flavors were on point. The maple bacon donut is out of this world with perfectly cooked bacon crumbles and divine flavor. Made fresh when you order – I’m going to be craving those for a long time.

Craft Donuts & Coffee is a must-visit in Santa Fe! The donuts are absolutely next-level—fluffy, hot, and made fresh right in front of you. We ordered a 12-pack to sample a variety, and every single flavor was incredible. Highlights included cookies & cream, pineapple upside-down cake, maple bacon, death by chocolate, Boston cream, funnel cake, sea salt caramel, and s’mores. Each one was rich, creative, and perfectly balanced—no two donuts tasted alike, but all of them were delicious.

The experience of watching them made fresh adds to the fun, and the quality really shows. Honestly, these are the best donuts I’ve ever had. If you’re anywhere near Santa Fe, Craft Donuts & Coffee is worth the stop!

I got a variety of donuts and overall I think they were pretty good. The donuts had a nice, light crunch to them and were better warmed with a little milk on the side. That said, I got the box of two dozen and it was a bit pricier than I was expecting. I certainly like to support local businesses and I know things are tough right now given the state of the economy but with high prices, I might have to consider getting donuts somewhere else.

I have been missing my hometown family owned donut shop “Mary’s Donuts” since I left home in 2019 and oh man did this place hit home with the service, atmosphere, and yumminess freshness! I am so grateful I came here! Each order is made fresh right after it’s ordered, not just the toppings but each actual donut is made right when you order it❣️

Hand-crafted donuts right before your eyes.

Early morning and we all are hungry and wanting something to snack on. Caleb was craving Craft Donuts and while I am not the biggest fan of donuts, I am always willing to try one out if the place is unique enough and has coffee. Craft donuts just so happens to hit all those requirements.

Caleb and I headed in while Cassey waited in the car and we got to picking what we wanted. Caleb told me about the rundown of how to order. Craft makes their donuts fresh and when I mean fresh… the lady behind the counter legit whips the batter together and deep fries it before making your choice of donuts.

On this occasion, I grabbed a cookies ‘n cream and a s’mores donut. Guess I was in the mood for donuts with apostrophes in the type. I also got an americano to wash it all down with.

Since they do make the donuts as fresh as you can get them, it does take a few extra minutes to get your order but it’s worth the wait. We actually got our donuts before the americano and breve we ordered, so now that I think about it, maybe they are decently quick at making the donuts in comparison to coffee.

I put down the cookies ‘n cream before we headed out and it being warm made it all the better. I finished off the s’mores one a few hours later. Since I did order my usual iced americano, I was left with this empty feeling of maybe I should’ve gotten a black coffee to accompany my donuts. While the donuts were good, having that warm coffee to go with them would’ve been the *chef’s kiss*.

Craft is a seriously good place to get your donuts if you want something besides the usual variety that you can find anywhere else.

On a side note, I was hella side eyeing the maple bacon donuts Caleb got because they smelled so good once we got in the car and back to the house.

Best donuts we’ve had in a very long time. They make the donuts right in front of you and they melt in your mouth!! My girlfriend had the apple cider donut and the cinnamon crunch. I had the Nutella donut and the maple glazed. All of them were amazing! Found the place completely by accident but glad that we did. Remember these made to order, it will take patience, but you will not be disappointed.
