The employees were courteous, friendly, clean and well-groomed individuals! The restaurant was in good condition; with clean counters and table tops. The napkins and condiments area was well stocked and freshly cleaned/sanitized. Floors were even spotless! It was a quick and effortless ordering experience with the cashier and did not even have to wait long for my order either. Peaceful and calm environment made a pleasant dining in experience. The only negative comment would be the strong smell coming from the bathroom or sewage drain. Even though the bathroom were very clean and well stocked without any trash or waste present the stentch radiating from them almost made me reverse my desicion to dine in.

I pulled into the drive through with two cars ahead of me. I ordered chicken tenders.
That’s it.
I have been in the drive through line for 27 minutes, and still have not been able to move up the two spots to get to the window.

Our family usually loves Hardee’s! The Frisco and Mushroom Swiss usually are very delicious and worth the money and the 30 min drive! However, this experience was horrible! Customer service was terrible as well as the food, which was cold and the Frisco burgers weren’t even toasted just plain bread. When I called the store to get a mangers attention about how bad the overall service was she refused to give her name, the GM or districts name or number and was quiet hateful and rude! I will never and will advise others not to eat at this location again. Usually I’d mark it off as just a bad visit however, the attitudes of the associates were uncalled for! And the trip there was definitely not worth the time not money spent! I hope someone takes an initiative to address this!

I used the drive through for breakfast a few times recently. Each time I have been met with a cheerful voice to take my order. The wait in line was approximately 3 minutes. The food was hot and tasty when I got home. No complaints on the food.

First off, this Hardee’s store (#1503302) is well known around town as not having a friendly staff and the food being a hit or miss but hey, it’s cheap, quick, very close to work so for an easy lunch it’s not bad considering. However, today has pushed me over the limit with this store to the point that I will not be returning until serious changes are made. I ordered my meal at 2:01 pm and returned to work and open my sandwich at 2:15 pm. My chicken sandwich was so saturated in old mayonnaise and my lettuce was so soggy and brown I was immediately so appalled that I started taking pictures and I am on this site writing this review at 2:25 pm (all same day of course 11/06/2018). This is so inexcusable and disgusting I cannot believe that something this foul was served to a customer. Absolutely disgusting Hardee’s!

The manager refused to answer the drive thru ig because it was 10 minutes till close but I then go up the the window after about 5 minutes of waiting then the manager saw me and turned the lights off to the restaurant with a smirk on his face

Brought # 14 ate bout 1/4 of chicken to realize the rest of it was raw. Informed them of the issue took it in. Manager consistent on telling me I’m lying an it wasn’t raw. Insisted on argument an calling me a liar. Very rude from management staff will not return..

I was going to get my breakfast at the drive thru, and they were so rude to me! They told me not to have an attitude! This is what they get, no money, no nothing! I drove off without getting food and without paying them or anything! These people needs to be fired immediately for this! If someone don’t do something about this soon, they need to shut the whole place down!
