I only buy coleslaw here, but half the time they don’t fill up the container. When I got home the other day, both large coleslaws I bought were only half full. I don’t mind paying for my food, but I’m tired of paying full price for 2 large containers and when I get home, I can put both containers in one.

So I’m just saying in the street I just ordered a nacho grande chicken Kanata burrito and several other burritos and a quesadilla from Taco Bell and I found a hair in my food and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Besides, say that I could bring it up there never offered me a refund or anything and I even called DoorDash and they can only offer me store credit so honestly, this Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell in the entire United States that I’ve been to And I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s it’s very visible so

Another KFC that deigns to offer the Taco Bell menu as an afterthought, so as usual this location does not appear on your TB app and you cannot use your rewards or even gain points for your purchase.
-Hours on the door are very different from those listed on Google Maps.
-Place looked clean enough for 11 am but the door handles were sticky both inside and out.
-Decal on the door declares your order will be correct, not that it’ll be good: my three crunchy tacos supreme were broken and soggy despite the short trip from the counter back to my car.
-The young lady on the register was very pleasant and was the only positive of the visit.
Gotta say this place is a hard pass if for no other reason than the franchisee does not honor the TB app/rewards despite having it plastered everywhere that they participate in the KFC app/rewards.

Ordered a Mexi melt, guy told me they don’t do them anymore, he said he could do a cheese roll up, add beef, add Pico, When I got home only had cheese roll ups(with barely any cheese) but they charged me for all the extras they didn’t add, several bad experiences at this place

Someone has invested a lot of money on this Taco Bell… Too bad they have a lousy staff.

The taco bell side of this restaurant’s food isn’t bad. The KFC side, however, is below standard in my book. It used to be pretty good, but over the last 5 years, it has continued to go downhill. The chicken always taste like it’s been a little overcooked and dry. It also taste like it was cooked hours ago and sitting under a warmer all day. The fries aren’t nice and hot and a few times seemed a tad undercooked. I have continued giving them chances but have continued to be disappointed. Maybe next time?
